This product really helps with suppressing my appetite. I take 2 a day and go ahead living my life and I feel good. The price may be a little high but very much worth it. The capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. Lastly they work for me.

I've bought this brand a few times now,actuallyswitched to these as something to compare the first ones I ordered to,and I never went back,energy is amazing, but I've loss weight I didn't intend on losing,since I was already previously small framed, I eat a protein bar with each meal and sometimes with a snack. I think these suppress your appetite bc I was big on oats,pbutter,eggs, and now I'm rarely hungry. I do take quite a bunch of supplements daily but wonder if I should take less often,as I take 2 a day nowI initially ordered for hair growth and energy, have not seen growth ,and was hoping to add weight but not lose,so this is a great product as I continuously reorder and have on auto delivery, I do love how I feel and the clean energy throughout the day. Perhaps I'll find something to stack in my routine that will help me gain 😁

More is not always better.I have purchased and used this exact green tea extract brand before, without doing research. After I reordered I did some research and all evidence I found indicates that a safe and recommended daily amount is 250-750 mg. More than that can be toxic and bad for your liver. This brand has 1000 mg per serving (2 capsules), which is more than the daily recommended amount. Not only that, but the bottle indicates to "take two (2) capsules twice a day" for maximum benefit, that's more than double the recommended daily amount.For me, green tea extract has been great for weight loss and my overall health and energy, but I'm worried about the long term health effects at the dosage suggested on the bottle. I plan on keeping this but will only take one capsule (500 mg) per day to be on the safe side.I do definitely recommend taking it with food. I didn't eat right away after taking it once and I got an upset stomach and some cramping.

I take 2 Green Tea Extract Pills 1000mg every morning with a high protein low carb breakfast and my appetite is suppressed all day long. I'm losing weight which is great!

This product made me ill and gain 3 lbs---feeling better soon after stopping use. Extremely rare to return any amazon purchase...tried to return but told ineligible. NEVER again! TRASHING this bottle!
