You get what you pay for
It's worth paying for good cake tins. These are much more pleasant to use than the old cheap ones I used to have. They are sturdier, deeper, and easier to clean. I'm enjoying my cake baking more now.

Worth the price!
This was ideal for making Mary Berry's Smoked Salmon and Salmon Patè starter which turned out perfectly.I am gradually building a collection of Silverwood bakeware.I say gradually because it is expensive but, on the positive side, I won't be ditching it in a couple of years because it it rusty or manky.
