Smartk discrete and stylish. No mobile app function that I'm aware of though, and although the memory tells you a bit about each user you have chosen to add, there is no long term graphic of weight change/muscle mass etc.

We bought these in 2018.Plus points: it is accurate, which is great.Negative point 1: The UI is awful. It's so useless that all the "diagnostic" facilities are basically unusable unless you want to sit on the floor and cycle through a weird menu system using tiny touch buttons. But it's been okay solely as a weight scales.Negative point 2: After about 3 years of accurate use, ours has developed a fault and now flattens a fresh set of CR2022 batteries in about 4 days. Which means we're going to chuck it. What a waste! Being pretty horrified by this I hooked it up to a multimeter. This confirmed that when it's "off" it's using 1.5 mA. It's little batteries hold around 200 mAh, so it's definitely not going to last more than a few days at that kind of current draw. Pretty sad piece of disposable rubbish.

Excellent value and work very well.

Menu is easy to operate and scale seems relatively accurate.Item is, however, too small and my toes activate the menu buttons whilst in use. Short answer is that it's awkward to use.

This is just my own view but I have found these scales to be all that I could possibly need. Why bother with WiFi scales? Just write it down on paper and if you want to transfer the data to an app then you can do it manually. Be aware though that you will actually need to read the instructions in order to get consistently accurate measurements!In particular I found the following useful: clean electrodes before use and dampen soles of feet to avoid "err" (error) readings. For consistency, do the measurement at the same time of day e.g. as it says in the instructions 15 mins or so after getting up in the Morning. They need to be placed on a hard surface, carpets won't do. That surface needs to be flat too.I think most of the complaints about these kind of scales are caused by user inconsistency rather than any technical problem with the scales.
