The OnePlus 5T gives you the features of most flagship smartphones for much less. The quickest face unlocking on any phone, 8GB of RAM to get things done, and not to forget the 128GB of storage, yeah, you won't be running out anytime soon.

Great Smartphone!
This is about my 4th smartphone. All the previous ones were low cost (less than $300). I was looking for a smart phone (Android) that was:1. Fast (processor)2. Lots of RAM (8 GB)3. Lots of storage (128 GB internal) without having to use a SD card.4. Big display.5. Secure.6. GPS support7. Good battery life (more than 24 hours)8. Fast recharge rate.9. Latest Android version.+ all the features similar to top end phones.I was not disappointed. Go on youtube and listen to the feature comparisons with iPhone, Samsung, and LG.

Very Solid Phone
I love this phone. Upgraded from a Moto Z and this phone is much faster, less buggy and better screen. I have upgraded to 8.0 and no issues. The UI is very easy to get used to as it's near stock Android. Very happy with my purchase.

Solid LineageOS-compatible phone
The Good:- Totally compatible with LineageOS 15.1; everything seems to work out-of-the-box- Connected to T-Mobile right away both with LineageOS and the stock OxygenOS; no need to fiddle with APN settings or anything of the sort- Pretty good battery life (though we'll see how it holds up after a year)- USB Type-C- Dual-camera (I liked it on my HTC One M8, and I like it now)- Good performance even with relatively aggressive power saving settingsThe Bad:- Had to download a firmware update from a random XDA Developers post for (I think) the baseband before I could install LineageOS- The screen started to fail after a couple years, to the point where it no longer recognizes touch input. The Ugly:- The screen is a bit long; kinda hard to reach stuff at the top of portrait mode with my thumbs (it's doable, though)- The preapplied screen protector seems to be abnormally prone to smudging- Charging with a non-Dash charger seems slower than I'd expect, even with the screen off

Phone is great, everything I expected and more
Phone is great, everything I expected and more. Top tier hardware and software for a below average price. Still wouldn't call it budget though. I bet if OnePlus put less money into advertising the phone would be much cheaper, like their previous models were.Overall it's a great value, probably the best in it's range.

Faulty software, sketchy warranty
The phone itself is pretty good, but after just a couple months it bricked itself and getting it fixed turned out to be quite a pain. When I tried to return it, the seller pretty much told me that I should've somehow seen into the future that my phone would die because they only honored the warranty out to a month from purchase and I was beyond that. Luckily amazon stepped in and allowed me to return it despite the seller telling me to kick rocks. The Oneplus OS needs to be free of all bugs before using but it's not quite there so I would steer clear of this brand in the future.

Great phone, but when I received the package it ...
Great phone, but when I received the package it came with a UK charger even though this is the supposed US version. I can't utilize the dash charge which was a selling point to the phone itself.

Best bang for your buck $400-$700 range.
So far I have to say i'm very pleased with this phone. I had a Motorola G4 before this phone, and I very much enjoyed the bone stock android operating system. If the phone hadn't fallen victim to the ghost touch issue, I'd have never upgraded. That said, the oneplus 5T has to be the best android phone you can buy for under $700. It's fast, comfortable to hold, and utterly intuitive to operate. If they waterproofed it, I think it could give Samsung a run for their money. I bought this one in particular because it is unlocked, and I spend a lot of time overseas. I have now used the dual sim feature, which works brilliantly. My only complaint, if I had to give one, is the lack of CDMA support. T-mobile was fine for the 3 weeks I spent back in the states, but Verizon would have been better suited to my needs while I was home. I have it on good authority that Verizon will work on this phone, but only on 3G. All in all, i'm still very pleased with this phone.

One of the best phones I have had.
I love my 5t. It is one of the best phones I have had and for the price it is great. The phone is super-fast with 8Gb ram and none of the bloat wear that come with phones from the cell carriers. The camera takes great pictures and is every easy to set up. The only thing I wish it had was an SD card. The ability to have two sim's installed at the same time is a great idea. The phone arrived in a sealed manufacture box and was packaged well.
