Yet to test it on my boots, but I believe it’ll be 10/10. Shipping time was ~long and the way it was delivered was ridiculous: it was literally thrown into my backyard - a relative of mine told me they have found it outside on the ground. Funny to think about that anyone could have just easily walk through on it via car. :D But that is, of course, not at all on the seller.

Recommended product for care of leather bell muffles -appears to work well.

Product is clearly marked up as having solvents and parrafin in it despite claiming to be 100% neatsfoot and mink oil. I bought it to use on a flying jacket specifically as it was pure oils not chemicals. Should be much clearer.

Same concept as leather Honey, Id say this stuff absorbs way faster but doesn't have the same waterproofing properties as leather honey but does feel like it conditions my shoes perfectly.

I am using this oil on a pair of new leather boots. The boots have had two layers of Mr JoJo and the leather still seem more dry than vinyl flooring. The leather is supposed to be "greasy" leather but modern "greasy" is nothing like 90's greasy. IYKYK. I applied this oil with a microfiber cloth, applying each shoe with about 1cc of oil. The leather does seem to be finally softening but the break in process might be long! Boots are black so can't comment on any colour changes or darkening. The oil stinks a little so my recommendation is to use gloves.

All mink oil is not equal. In fact some mink oils are actually mostly tung oil, silicone and a bit of mink oil. You can tell when softening thick leather boots - one whole bottle and about 30 applications of feiblings got me halfway to broken in boots - and on running out I tried famaco mink oil which literally did the rest of the work in three applications of about 5ml a time for both boots. No brainier - use famaco not feiblings. Also silicone damaged the leather. Avoid

Intanto bisogna sapere che si sta acquistando un prodotto a base di grasso di visone, la scelta sull'acquisto deve quanto meno essere consapevole. Il marchio comunque é tra i migliori, ottima resa, ma occorrono un paio di precisazioni: Scurisce in modo evidente il colore della pelle, in qualche modo lo arricchisce, ma dopo l'applicazione il colore sarà per sempre decisamente diverso, attenzione. Nessun problema sui neri. Attenzione anche all'applicazione, se si esagera temo che si vada a ostruire i pori della pelle causando la "sudorazione" del prodotto e come risultato una sensazione collosa al tatto. Conclusione: per me gran prodotto da usare sporadicamente su pelli fortemente disidratate esempio sui miei stivali una volta l'anno massimo, il resto delle volte meglio un conditioner meno invadente, come bick 4 o saphire renovateur.

Easy to apply mink oil for boot preservation. Much easier to use than waxy solid mink oil with excellent results. Darkens leather like all mink oil, great for boots if you don't mind them a bit darker. Softens and helps water proofs leather. Used to restore my old Dexter hiking boots after resole.

Pretty good to be honest, it will darken your leather if it is colored and not black, but it's mink oil so it obviously will. I used it on my dr.martens and it worked great. It conditions and waterproofs the leather to my understanding and I have seen results that I am happy with so I recommend it! Pretty good value for its content
