I had low-medium expectations for this product. Why? Because most insect repellants have a foul odor, and sting the skin. Also, most will leave either a sticky or greasy residue. Not this! It is creamy, slightly watery like a skin care product, absorbs nicely and doesn't have an overpoweringly strong smell. I used it for camping this summer. No ticks, mosquitos, gnats or flies buzzing around my face and ankles. It works, is pleasant to use and wear. Great price. A win-win.

This item, Boogie Insect Repellent Lotion, is exceptional. I have found 20% picaridin products in general to be effective at repelling mosquitos and probably ticks for my family. However, most other 20% picaridin products that I have tried have had a strong scent and leave a sticky or oily residue. This is the only product I have found with a mild scent and isn't sticky or oily after being applied. This product is in the baby section at our local supermarket rather than by being located by other repellants, but I'd think this would be useful for anyone as an effective insect repellant lotion.

Simply amazing!! This is by far the best insect repellent I’ve ever used!! I typically get eaten alive but can’t stand the smell and stickiness of most repellents. This lotion works wonders-no stickiness and no smell and I no longer have to deal with itchy bites. Highly recommended!!

No smell which is wonderful, I am sooooo sick of citronella. Works great for me, however not for my roommate. I would say try it.

This bug repellant is AMAZING. SERIOUSLY SO GOOD. Great for kids, adults, sensitive skin, everything and everyone. My son was at a farm for 2 months in the summer and did not get a single bug bite with this on. Doesn't smell bad, Doesn't leave residue, and you only have to put it on in the morning and it lasts all day. 10/10 recommend.

Works great! I usually get eaten alive - even with bug spray. I recently went to an evening outdoor event, I put this on everywhere and 8 hours later, not one bug bite (others around me did). Went on easy, almost no smell - highly recommend!

Boogie insect repellent really works. PLUS no odor, not greasy, today i was working outside and perspiring heavily. NOT ONE BITE!get it it works!

This has been absolutely essential for my toddler. We live in the south and he loves to go outside where we have tons of chiggers and mosquitoes. I use this on him religiously every single day because if I forget, he’ll get 5-10 new bites in just one day. I like that it’s a lotion so I don’t have to worry about spray going into his face or anything. Since I’m using this mainly for chiggers, I have to use underneath clothing anyways. It spreads very well and i only have to use a tiny bit for it to be effective. Even using it every day, I’m sure this bottle will last me over a year. It doesn’t have any smell that I notice. Picaridin has a slightly sticky feeling when you first apply it, but this product doesn’t have that as much as other picaridin products.
