No sim card ,difficult to use
I purchased an additional sim card for this, I would have paid more if supplied with it. Don't know how to work it or the numbers needed to dial to connect. Instructions very poor and unable to use. I like the idea of the product to keep my kids safe but it's pointless if I can't use it. Maybe try selling it with a sim card and proper Instructions of number's to dial to Connect ,track and trace

Instructions useless the worst translation I've ever seen ,too bad to make any sense ,will look for some other product of better quality

Cant get it to work
I should have read the reviews before buying, returning it now. Instructions are poor but I did work out what to do. It just plain and simple DOES NOT WORK. I can call the unit and hear what is going on but text messages are not being delivered to get the resulting tracking info.

100% B.S. device: do not buy it
100% B.S. device: This module is not a GPS system. It uses a website to try to locate the module triangulating the position using signals from GPS towers, however it does not work in the UK. The map opens in china and the module cannot be located.

Item didn’t work, app awful and couldn’t get a refund!!

Does not contain GPS technology only GSM/GPRS
The device is not a GPS device it uses outdated GSM/GPRS technology which only provides the location of the nearest mast which could be 1 mile away. If you want accurate GPS location capability DO NOT BUY
