Framers Corner T4R Rigid Picture Framing Tabs for T225 Dual Driver

These are really good tabs, they hold the picture back to the frame really well, I recommend 💯.

I bought extra tabs as I will always get my tabs here in Amazon as it is a lot cheaper and you do not need to go looking for them in town. Good value for money save you money if you do it yourself framing that is as it costs so much to frame but with this gun you can do it easily at home.

These tabs are really rigid, stiff enough to hold a picture in its frame However the Charnwood T225 tab gun is poorly designed - I notice that Amazon has not asked me to review the tab gun, perhaps they already know about it! The problem is that the lever pinches your fingertips when you squeeze it to fire a tab, I got some lovely blood bruises on my fngers, so I'll wear thick leather groves next time. Anyway did I mention that the T4R rigid tabs are very rigid? They are as rigid as a rigid thing.

I bought these along with the gun. Excellent products that work well even into oak frames, as long as the gun is adjusted correctly.

Useful for framing cross stitch to keep the backboard in place.

I've been using these Rigid tabs for around 10 years now and use approximately 70k+ each year. As of late last year there has been a real quality issue with them. They constantly jam and get stuck inside the tab guns mainly whenever you get half way through a set of them, this happens in brand new units we purchased as we thought it were the guns. From looking at it I can only presume it's something to do with the glue. It's extremely frustrating hence me coming and leaving this review. As soon as another company we spoke to, brings out their own rigid tabs I will be changing to them.
