Ideal for swimming
I am a 5'2'', 135 pounds short latina I got myself a size M (32) and it fits pretty well. I love the soft double layer fabric. Great for swimming practice. My first Tyr and definitely not my last. Even though the color seems clear, it covers perfectly well.

Incredible!
*** Update: 5 years later I still buy this suit when it's time to replace. Still very happy with it! ***I've been a fitness swimmer (3-5 times a week) for 20 years and gone through many swimsuits over the years, all brands. They tend to last an average of 6 months, some a little longer, some just barely. Fit is what I am most concerned about, I've been through any variation here - some are too tight, but still usable; some fit but get loose very quickly; almost all ride up a bit in the back, have too high of a leg cut, or are prone to side spills on top. I kinda know what worked for me and try to hunt down the same suits (Arena, Tyr - Maxbacks); this time I came up empty. I was never fond of the thinner straps of the Diamondback as far as looks go, and questioned their ability to hold up over time, but I see just about everyone else wearing these at my pool, and based on the good reviews this suit has been getting, I ordered one, and it is fantastic:1. It fits true to size, snug, but not to the point where it's super difficult to put on. I ordered size 36, I am 5'8", 130 lbs, 36A.2. I actually love the thinner straps - they feel really secure, and look a bit more feminine than the Maxback.3. Flattering fit. It's still a functional workout suit (not to be confused with a cute poolside outfit), but it has a nice fit (I had to return the Tyr Durafast Maxback which compressed me into a square - very unflattering)4. It is lined throughout. I rarely, if ever, had a suit that was also lined on the backside, which is usually what thins out first and the main reason I have to replace the suit. Finding it fully lined was a pleasant surprise. The liner is black for the black suit - not tan.I only had it one week, so I cannot attest to its durability, but it being Tyr, I don't expect anything less than 6 months. I will definitely replace it with the same one when the time comes. I hope they keep making it!

Runs small, size up, great flattering suit
This is my second TYR suit, they hold up very well to lots of pool swimming and are flattering. The blue is a gorgeous color. Sizing absolutely runs small. I sized up and am glad I did so.

Great for swimsuits
Perfect fit swimwear for my daughter. Seller needs to work on shipping time- it took a while before these got to me.

Great color, high quality and fully lined.
I bought this because of the gorgeous burgundy color. I am 5'3", 108 pounds, 32A and the size 32 fits perfectly. The suit feels great and is lined in black, front and back. I have been wearing a black Speedo lap suit in the Endurance polyester fabric. That suit has indeed stood up extremely well (the pool I swim laps in four or five times a week has a fairly low level of chlorine and I am careful to wash out the suit after every swim). But the Speedo suit is a little difficult to put on as there is not that much stretch. It feels OK especially when wet but is not as comfy as nylon. And I am noticing that the tush area is getting pretty pilled just from briefly hoisting myself out of the pool. I have not sat around in the suit at all. So while the Endurance fabric does stand up to the water like nothing I have ever seen before, the suit might still not have that much longer a life. Given this experience I decided to allow myself to have this nylon/lycra suit. The TYR suit is so much easier to get on. The styling is fine. The legs are a little bit lower cut than the Speedo. I will take good care of it, as I have done with the Speedo and just enjoy it.

Poor quality
I work in a salt water pool and this suit faded in 2 weeks of wearing, not recommended! Poor quality!

TYR Swimsuits are Reliably Great
This has always been my go to swimsuit for training. TYR makes excellent quality swimsuits. I decided to stick with a proven performer and I have no regrets! Similar brands that I have found reliable in quality are Speedo, Arena, and Nike. Additionally, the suit had a retail price ~$20 higher than what the prices is listed here, so this was an excellent deal!Sizing for swim suits can be tricky, so hopefully the following helps:Height: 5'9"Weight: 135lbmeasurements: 33" chest, 28" waist, 38" hipsSize ordered: Size 34 fits perfectlyPros:+Excellent fit, comfortable fabric+Flattering, athletic cut. Coverage in the chest and butt keeps everything comfortable and secure during lap swim and diving+Cut of the straps allows for free range of movement for your arms and shoulders; no rubbing or discomfort+Material is as expected, should last 6 months to a year depending on how often I swim. In my experience, no suit lasts much longer than that due to regular wear/tear and stretching.Cons:-No cons yet, but I'll update after a few months on how well the suit holds up

Great Suit, but Size Up!
Great quality suit, but definitely size up. If following the size chart, I am a 28. After reading other reviews to size up I purchased a 30. It fits, but is tight. I think the 32 would be better, but just hoping it stretches a bit with some wear and wash. The short: size up at least one, if not two sizes.
