I started this product a little over 2 weeks ago, and it has made a huge impact on my digestive health. The Hospital Dr gave me Omeprazole for severe stabbing pains in my stomach. I will always try alternative things before I take meds because they come with so many unwanted side effects. Like my current HRT meds which I discovered just before Christmas, contains Soy, which was most likely the cause of the stabbing pains, (NHS competent as ever...yes that was indeed sarcasm)I stay away from Gluten, Soy & lactose because it makes me unwell, I was also diagnosed with IBS in early childhood so I am very strict with my diet, I also stay away from things like Crisps, GF pasta & rice because it makes me constipated & uncomfortably bloated.1 day after starting these enzymes, the stabbing pains in my stomach were gone.1 week after I started, I noticed my stomach was flatter, and despite having to take iron supplements daily for anemia, my bowels were also moving again, even if just a little.2 weeks have passed, my bowels are moving daily,I can eat pasta & rice without uncomfortable bloating, my appetite is less because I guess my food is actually digesting properly now & I have lost 5lbs in weight. I am honestly so thankful I found these digestive enzymes. And so Thankful for the reviews that recommend these instead of Omeprazole. These digestive enzymes have made such a difference in my health. I fully recommend anyone to try these if you have similar issues to myself, it may just change your life.

Ordered this yesterday, then delivered today. I was happy with that until I saw the expiry date is in 12 days yet this is meant to be a 2 month supply. I need this rectified ASAP please
