Bought these to go with some Olympic plates and haven’t been disappointed. They seem sturdy and solid and exactly what I needed.

Reasonable quality and will do the job purchased for.Plate area is machined to increase grip on plates and spring collars, this made it a little sticky when using the provided spring collars although on the flip side this does prevent them slipping off.Grip is knurled and on the pair I received the knurling is very pronounced so with heavier weights you will need a manly set of callouses or a pair of good gloves.These are on the shorter scale of bars so plate area is quite small so limited to beginner to intermediate lifters for weight. Also the grip area is also smaller further limiting heavier lifting for exercises such as curls and extensions. Presses/flyes/raises will get a little more use out of them.No corrosion on the set I received, occasionally with cheaper brands you see corrosion from warehouse storage and transportation from the factory.Overall not bad for the price. One note is packaging, being heavier items nearly every purchase has not been packed adequately, in my case the spring collars holed the box and tried to escape.

Great quality 2 inch dumbbells to keep the costs down in using plates from the Olympic bar.

These are perfect, some dumbbells are too long as I’m a small person.Easy to hold, they don’t slip but don’t dig in either. I use them for arm curls and for incline pressing. They look and feel as though they should last a long time. They weigh a little over 3.5 kg each. Not too heavy for isolation exercises such as lateral raises.

Do what they say on the tin. you can load these up pretty heavily but i would recommend wearing gloves the heavier you go. Sometimes the spring collars can get in the way when bicep curling but this is solved with turning them around 180 degrees each set.

Bought these for the fun of it but have found them to be enjoyable to use, they are sturdy but a bit bigger than the normal 1 inch bars I usually use (that’s to be expected)

They are good quality and strong steel construction ...the screws were loose as some else has said but I just tightened them up with a big Allen key and all good ,can't fault them 10/10

The good is it arrived within a couple of days, which is great. That said, the bars have no protection when shipped so arrived chipped in places. The spring collars arrived flaky and look years old (see pic). Also the outer parts of the bar, where the the weights are put on have a strange texture. I expected them to be smooth like an Olympic bar but the way they are will likely damage weights long term.
