- Contains genuine whisky strain widely used in Scottish distilleries. Especially good for promoting whisky aroma on the spirit as well as correct mouth feel and effect.
- Whisky yeast can be applied for mash made of grain, maize, rice and similar. For breaking starch into fermentable sugars is necessary to use enzyme amylase exept of included in the sachet Amyloglucosidase
- Sprinkle yeast on surface of your room temperature mash, wait for 20 minutes before mixing it well. Fermentation up to 12% alcohol in 3-6 days (depending on mash and fermentation temperature).
