Sturdy and firm while being super lightweight.

It works as a round foam roller should. Just don't get excited and use it to much the first try. Just use it a about 1 minute. 5 minutes you'll be in pain for a couple of days. I unfortunately know this first hand..

This is my third roller from three different manufacturers through the years. I've had this one for about a month and so far, I believe this is the best one I've had in Firmness and Durability.
