I don't generally review a pillow until I've had it for several months, because they're all great at first, and most turn to mush a few month later. This one, though, not only stands the test of time, but came with enough fluff to create a second pillow... and the company even sent a second pillow cover for free when I emailed them, per their card included with the item.First, the parts you will notice immediately: It's a weird shape, and the thing weighs 6 pounds! (A pillow fight could be lethal!) However, I swear by this pillow. The fact that it's adjustable is absolutely the best idea anyone has ever had in regard to pillows!No single pillow can work for everyone, because how thick a pillow you need depends on how hard your bed is.... The harder the bed, the thicker the pillow needed for a side sleeper, and the thinner one you need for a back sleeper. This pillow comes with a drawstring sack so you can remove its shredded foam stuffing to make it just the size you like, while keeping that extra stuffing safe for future use if it does start to break down over time. I took out just a little at a time, but by the time I was done, I'd guess I took out almost a third of it. That means this pillow should last me comfortably for years, since I can add some back in anytime it needs it in the future. I've kept the second pillow cover they sent as well, to replace this one if it should wear out, so that makes this pillow the best value on the market.Meanwhile, the foam they've used is incredible. I can slide my arm under the pillow and back out, and never feel a difference - The pillow just seems to absorb the shape of it and it makes no change to my head position at all. I don't cut off my arm's circulation by laying on it, nor do I get pressure points on my face. The odd shape is strangely ideal, too. I find I lay the pillow vertically, against the front of my body while sleeping, with my head on one of the pointed ends. I have, let's say, pretty big "accoutrements," and the curve of the pillow keeps them from getting pinched or squished as they would from a straight pillow, while my head and neck can remain straight, even with the pillow positioned vertically.I haven't even mentioned that the inside of the pillow is divided into three chambers, so you can adjust the firmness of each section separately. Since I also sleep on my back part of the night, I was able to make the center of the pillow lower and softer by removing more stuffing from that section... It's truly customizable (and recustomizable)!It may sound like I'm being paid to write this, but I'm not -- After decades of hating pillows, I've finally found a pillow I love. I highly recommend it if you also find yourself in a never-ending battle with traditional pillows... Just don't use it in a pillow fight.

Larger than I expected, which is a good thing. Unpacked and expanded easily. Very soft and smooshy. BINGO....this is the one. Hubby has Parkinson's and sleeping is critical. He's been fighting with his pillow after years of sleeping on it. Same with mattress. Had to buy new softer mattress. Came with lovely pillows but no, those didn't 'do it' for him. Found this one....And he likes it! The pillow is as wide as the mattress....we have twin XL adjustable......it has a soft curve. Worked well for him on his back and mostly when he turned on his side. He's mostly a side sleeper and sleeps hot. This one didn't wake him feeling too warm and I noticed he didn't move it at all during the night. The price is great and the ability to customize it is a bonus. He didn't change anything. Was best as it came so I stored the carry bag for future if needed. The cover it came with is lovely, soft and smooth. Highly recommend!!

I enjoy that this pillow is adjustable, as us it's perfect for back sleeping, however even after adjusting for height for side/stomach sleeping it still felt too "hard" and I know it's not the stuffing as it is quite soft and fluffy. It is the pillowcase! I had purchased a curved case to go over the one it came in and simply removed the textured case and now it's perfect.

I absolutely love this pillow. After trying 3 or 4 other memory foam pillows, this has been by far the best. I purchased it in October of 2023, so I think I've used it enough to have an opinion on it. First of all, the outer cover is thick and soft. It doesn't feel too thin or cheap. It's hearty and diamond weaved with secure stitches. I love how the cover can come off to be washed and the memory foam pieces are secured in a separate zipper case. I love how you can not only adjust the fill to be less or more, but the fact that it has 3 separate compartments to add more or remove more filling is really cool because you can have the middle higher and the edges lower or the other way around. I personally have the filling level about the same with the edges just slightly less filled. Other memory foam pillows were just too firm. This one is supportive, yet squishy enough to be very comfortable. I don't wake up with a headache or sore neck and jaw like I used to. I also love the cutout section for your shoulder so that you can have the pillow up over your shoulder and fully up to your neck and head. It's also cool and breathable. No tears, rips, weak spots or signs of it being worn out after 9 months of nightly use. I give it 5 stars.

This was a nice pillow, but didn't work for me. I'm outside sleep with neck issues and this pillow forced my head too high putting even more pressure on my neck

Bought this pillow for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. He’s a side sleeper and likes quite a dense pillow. It all but removed his back pain and neck pain and is able to sleep soundly through the night. Fits a king pillow case best

After sleeping on horrible pillows from grocery stores my whole life, I have always woken up with pain in my neck. This pillow is seriously the best pillow I've ever slept on. I LOVE that you can adjust the stuffing to your liking. Even the pillowcase it comes with is plush and so soft. I also love the shape so your shoulder doesn't get in the way and you can snuggle with it. DEFINITELY with every penny. I will recommend this pillow to everyone.
