When I saw these I ordered immediately as I have been fighting a lingering cough ever since I became sick 2 months ago. My current supplements have helped but I felt I needed something specifically for respiratory health and this supplement has that. This powerhouse has 10 active ingredients, including selenium, something I know I do not get enough of with diet alone as our area is extremely selenium deficient. It is designed to be taken at the first signs of illness, so you will not have to take this as a daily supplement the rest of your life. It is expensive, but considering how powerful it is with those 10 ingredients and that you will only be taking it occasionally I think it is worth the expense to stay healthy. Time will tell if it helps with my cough but at any rate I will be sure to use it when I am in high risk situations. It's made in the USA and uses a vegetarian capsule to carry the ingredients.

The formula for this product has a patent pending. This is a pricey product but does appear to be a very good one which could be quite useful. I have not had any negative effects from taking this. It also contains selenium, copper, green tea extract, berberine, naringenin, quercetin, and sunflower. 🍵 🌻 Many of these things are reported to aid respiratory and immune health, so I decided it was worth a try. I am in generally good health and have no allergies. Always consult your doctor to make sure any supplement you try will be safe for you and won't interact with any medications or medical conditions you may have. Here is what I can say about this supplement. I did not experience any negative side effects taking this supplement short term. It is a normal sized capsule of no discernable taste or smell. This product is non-gmo and made in the USA. In my opinion it is a decent product if you are looking to try to boost your immune system during cold and flu season.

I was in need of something to help relieve lung congestion for an allergy that I suffer from. This looked promising so an order was placed. Upon reveiving it I was surprised to see that it came in an old fasioned glass bottle. Really, it wasn't cheap plastic. A class act..It suggests that you take 4 capsules a day. 2 in the morning and another 2 in the evening. If that is not working, then 2 at each meal. The 4 just was not doing much for my needs so 6 it has been. Now, not to say that it has done nothing because I feel that it might be working somewhat, but nothing that was expected for a pill that costs what these are priced at. My Nebulizer actually provides much more relief. But to be fair, this may work better on others than it has for me. Also, I might be expecting more from it than it was designed for.Included in the glass bottle are 60 capsules that are easy to swallow and have little to no real taste. It appears to include mostly natural products and that is a good thing as I prefer not to use manufactured drugs when I can avoid them.Bottom line here is that while they do work somewhat, they did not meet my expectations. But they may work better for others.

For an immune booster, this supplement has great ingredients and in a good dosage combination. The recommended dosage is two pills twice a day which isn't too bad as they're rather small pills, but could definitely get pricey over the long run.The bottle states that it's made in the US and they note that they are using high quality ingredients, there's no indication that they use third party testing and I really would have liked to see a GMP stamp on the label.Overall, it does seem to be a good supplement, the pills are small and there's no real aftertaste from them. If you are looking for a good immune booster, this may be a good choice.

Most companies are not privy to this knowledge.The amounts are good and can be adjusted to your own use, if you only need one capsule a day, this is easy to do. The suggested dosage is 2 caps a day. This is one of those important supplements which fills in the cracks. This is so very helpful for so many people.
