Easy to install and lasts
Works perfectly as replacements on the steel series headset. I bought my headset about 8 years ago and it's still going strong. The only issue was that I have a small head and the headset is on the heavier side. Eventually my ear piece fell off on one side. Super glued it back on but eventually the puffy part just came off with speaker cover still on. These were able to fit over what remained and are much cheaper than buying a brand new $200 headset.

No cushion
Alright as a replacement in a pinch, but nothing like the stock ear cushions. There is nothing but air inside of these things.
