Extremely Disappointing Experience with HP LaptopThis has been one of the worst tech purchases I've ever made. I bought an HP laptop just 9 months ago, and it's been nothing but trouble since.Motherboard replaced twiceKeyboard replaced onceRecurring charging issuesHad to visit the service center 3 times already — basically once every two monthsAnd now, for the 4th time, the system has shut down and won’t charge again.For a relatively new laptop, this kind of repeated failure is unacceptable. I’ve lost valuable time and faced a lot of inconvenience due to frequent breakdowns. HP really needs to work on its product reliability and quality control.Not recommended at all. Extremely disappointed.

Light weight, slim build and good display quality. Good performance and no heating issues observed after a week of use. Battery is average and lasts only 3-4 hrs. I am using mainly at home, so its manageable. Good product.Edit: After a year usage, battery is very poor and drains so quickly, even for just Ms Excel and E-mails usage

This is a light-weight, good performance laptop for web browsing, document editing, and programming. UI is responsive and fast with almost zero lag. Battery backup is fine as it gives more than 3.5 hrs of screen on time.Fan runs Little bit more than usual with catchable sound, but that can be ignored. Screen quality is not that good for media consumption but is enough for web browsing, document editing, and light programming. There is no dedicated graphics so I believe it's not ideal for gaming, media editing or other graphics hungry programmes (That is not my requirement so it's fine for me). There is NO Backlit keyboard.
