Great for managing keloid scars.
I'm a 43 year old man so haven't had an cesarian sections lately, but have been using these to cover two extremely annoyingly-placed keloid scars in the middle of my chest. I've had those scars shaved and treated with steroids multiple times, but I use these on a daily basis to 1) keep the scars from growing, and 2) just provide a little padding between my skin and my clothing which keeps the scars from getting irritated.Highly recommended for either purpose.Only minor drawbacks are:1. Adhesion is just okay. It usually stays on all day as long as you don't sweat, go in the water, or get too active. Otherwise, if I play tennis or golf or work out, these are almost guaranteed to fall off. I usually don't notice its fallen off until i see it laying on the ground. Work around is just to use tape to help it stay on. I like that green medical tape from Walgreens which adheres well and doesn't pull hair out at all.2. Price is a bit high. Even for a 1%'er that makes plenty of money, it's tough to swallow the cost of these for every day use, especially if you're only using one per day. These can be re-used, and I'll usually go 2-3 days with the same sheet, as long as it hasn't gotten too dirty or fallen off.But I've tried a lot of alternative products and nothing comes close to this. Others tend to be much thinner, and don't give nearly as much (if any) padding benefit. Also perhaps because of that or because of the amount of silicone on these, they seem to also do a better job of managing the scars themselves.I think hands down, if you can afford these, they're easily the best option.

ScarAway Advanced Silicone Scar Sheets for C-Section – A Game Changer!
I recently tried the ScarAway Advanced Silicone Scar Sheets for my C-section scar, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! These reusable sheets are a game changer for anyone looking to minimize the appearance of scars.First off, the application is a breeze. The sheets are soft, flexible, and fit comfortably on the skin without any irritation. I appreciated that they stayed in place throughout the day, even during my regular activities. What impressed me the most was the effectiveness. Within a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed a significant reduction in the redness and size of my scar. The area feels smoother, and the scar is much less noticeable. The fact that these sheets are reusable is a huge bonus, making them cost-effective in the long run.

These ScarAway Silicone Sheets work!
The media could not be loaded. I have used the silicone sheets following surgery and they are very effective at reducing the appearance of scars. I had an 8” scar that stayed moist and texture was improved by wearing the silicone sheets. The scar has lightened signicantly and I will be using the silicone sheets for several more weeks. It is very important to wash the sheets after use as directed. In my video [which is not the scar I discuss above, but has also improved with the ScarAway gel], I remove a silicone sheet to demostrate that they come off easily, but still have significant adhesion, as shown by adhering a small section of a used sheet to my finger. I also demostrate how I clean the sheet by rubbing the adhesive side against itself and running my fingers over both sides until it feels perfectly smooth. I then dry them and they are ready to be reused. The sheet in the video has been reused around 10 times. The product adheres nicely without leaving any residue on your scar or on your hands when you wash them.I purchased a second box of the silicone sheets since I will be using them for a long time. They are an excellent product that I wish I had known about for previous surgeries.

Scar Minimized
Help with healing the wound making the scar less visible. Great performance for its value. Easy to use and can be hand washed gently for reuse. Only needs to be replaced weekly.

Doesn’t stick well
I like material, great to massage scar while wearing. It doesn’t stick well with lots of motion.

Makes my keloid much more comfortable
This is my 2nd c-section using these patches. For the first I had already begun to keloid pretty severely when I learned about silicone patching. When I used on that scar it made my extremely uncomfortable scar tolerable and I think stopped the keloid expanding further. It did not heal the keloid but that would have been a tall order. For my 2nd c-section I purchased these patches as well as the Frida Mom ones and these are far superior. I much prefer the fabric back on these strips, I think it helps with the durability. I started patching as soon as my doctor gave the okay (about 8wks, I had some issues) and I am still wearing the patches daily, 16wks postpartum. Again they're making my scar more comfortable as there has been a bit of spreading but nothing as severe as a keloid.I've tried some cheapy strips and these patches are worth the cost for me. They feel sturdy, don't roll at the edges, and can be cleaned/reused for a good amount of time.

Works great and comfortable
These worked wonders after my first c-section. I was gifted a different brand after my second, and it didn’t compare. Highly recommend! The other brand felt bulky and not flexible, which was not comfortable over the sensitive incision site. These, on the other hand , are thin and flexible and didn’t cause any irritation. Not to mention my scar was hardly visible after using these diligently.

DO NOT USE ON FACE
Do not use on face. I had a burn area that I was treating with different scar sheets and it was doing great, completely gone with a 10x mirror (2 months into healing). I ran out of the other type and had these on hand so I cut a small and within one night the skin was pitted all over, it looked terrible. After showering it improved slightly but there was a definite depression. It’s like this type of silicone ate away the fresh skin, scar tissue or whatever but I highly regret using these.I realize these say C section but they should come with a warning as I thought it had to do with the size of the strip, not how it functions
