I love my Lockly smart lock! It was super easy to instal. Under 30 minutes. It was easy to follow the instruction and have a functional lock ready to use. My personal favorite way to unlock is the finger print scanner. I love this because the people I actually want to be in my home have to be there to open the door. I love the temporary codes too in case if I have a cleaner come clean or Amazon deliver a package in my home. Pros: finger print, temporary codes, the code shuffler. Sleek clean design! ( have had multiple people compliment the lock). Stores a great amount of data. My favorite thing is seeing who open and doesn’t open the lock. Getting the notifications with the peoples name on it. My only cons are sometime (very rare) when I manually unlock it it want to lock back up immediately as I try to open the door. Additionally, I sometimes try to log into the app to check if it’s locked or not and it has trouble finding the lock. Not a con but a suggestion, I would like a sleeker looking app to compliment the lock. Overall: don’t walk but run and get you this lock! I’ve had my eye on it and it did not disappoint

Excellent lock, I had this lock for 3 years now, and all of a sudden I lost the notifications when the lock is locked or unlocked, which because it's on my rental it really important for me to know, I contacted support and it took many back and forth emails, and one call to get all back to working as it did from day one.

This is a very nice product. The lock is well made and incredibly feature rich, works very well with the key, the keypad, the print reader, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. So far I have had zero issues accessing and operating this lock remotely. Also it was very very easy to install. I read several review saying the install was complicated but I found it it to be VERY easy. If you can read or watch YouTube then you can install this lock. The only issue I have is that the workers for whom I’ve set up temporary lock codes have had difficulty following the instructions to use the lock. I’ve gotten around this by simply opening the lock remotely and have not had the opportunity to try using a remote code myself. So I don’t know if it is an issue with the lock or a problem with my workers.
