Correct the no audio output problem
These adapters do exactly what they are designed to do !! It’s a simple inexpensive solution to a huge problem when your new windows 11 computer will not pair to your existing audio output system speakers! Forget the green audio plug-in on the back of the computer and use any of the USB ports instead ! Now you will get your sound output back !

Functionality
These are amazing adapters and they work great, but the case number is often a slight problem/inconvenience. Overall recommended.

Perfect solution for my Docking Station
I have a docking station that I use to switch between my mini PC and my Steam Deck and this works PERFECTLY as an audio solution. The dock has an audio port, but it's on the front and not as convenient to plug in (and have the cable wrap around to the back). Prior to this, I've tried a few adapters and they got HOT for some reason, like blistering hot (no exaggeration). I grabbed this one since it's a known brand and it doesn't get hot, at all! Maybe barely warm, but almost nothing. The audio quality is also fine, but potentially a LITTLE quieter than the main port on the front of the hub/dock, but so little of a difference to where you can't really be sure.

Horrible sound quality
I bought this because my computer's headphone port started having trouble - if the headphone jack wasn't held in a specific position, one ear's audio would cut out. I got this to get my earbuds plugged into a different port on my laptop so as to avoid that issue. I immediately went back to the finicky port. It was better than using this. This adapter works, but it compresses the sound quality so badly that it's horrible to listen to if you have any kind of sensory sensitivity. I joked that it "gave my laptop tinnitus." I meant to return it, but unfortunately missed the return window. I don't recommend buying it unless the sound quality doesn't bother you whatsoever. I'm sure there's better stuff out there.

Couldn’t get my mic on headphones to work
It works for audio but for my use didn’t work. My audio jack port messed up and So my headphones will work with this adapter. But If I have to go on a call with the mic, the audio is messed up.

Nice quality adapter. I bought this as a replacement for use with my headset (with microphone) and PC. Windows recognised it instantly. No performance issues whatsoever. I have have to plug and unplug my headset several times a day and I think that fabric covered cables such as this are the way to go as opposed to rubber coated cables which in my experience tend to perish after a few years.

Funktioniert ohne Probleme an meinem Raspberry Pi
