I rated it 5 stars because I noticed an improvement within about 2 hours of taking a dose, along with 2 other supplements (Arginine & Icariin). Pycnogenol stimulates nitric oxide in the artery linings & when combined with the other 2 nutritional supplements, helps maintain an erection. Not only safer than ED medications, but these supplements also provide a host of health benefits such as anti-aging, antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory benefits & potential visual benefits, also. I would recommend this product, definitely.

I bought this because I had heard it could help Tinnitus, but after taking only 3 of these (one each day) I was jumping out of my skin. I have the hebejebees in my legs at times and it's not fun! But after taking one pill I noticed I had them that night about normal. No big deal. I'm used to that, but the second night it was worse and the third night it was like my whole body was having a party and didn't invite me! My arms and legs, hands and feet...everything was flipping all over the place! I only got a couple hours sleep that before needing to go to work. It was miserable! And it wasn't until that day after the worst night that it dawned on me. I quit taking the pills and gradually went back to normal. But it took 7-10 day to completely stop! If I could give this a zero stars or a red warning star I would do that!. I wouldn't wish that last night on my worst enemy! Needless to say I dumped the rest of the in the trash!

This is great stuff and has helped my ears already. It will take a few months, but I swear I notice the difference already. The noise is much quieter. I can hardly wait until it is gone for good. I of course will be ordering more.

OK, I don't really have ED, but I'm not getting any younger. I'm always for looking for something healthy to improve my bedroom life. I have been taking L-Arginine for a while for it's vascular support. I read recently that pairing with pine bark extract increases the effect. What the heck, I'll try it. Holy smokes, after the second day on 1000 mg of L-Arginine and one of these tabs, I woke up with a tree-trunk. The wife noticed the difference - there is also an increased size of "emission". So be aware of that. I'm not sure why more guys aren't on this "stack", but I'm sold.
