Have waited a few weeks now to purchase a new tv after my daughter had a tantrum and broke our 3 year old lg 55" in the living room. I was going to wait for the Easter sales but couldn't hold out any longer when I saw this at a bargain price with an extra 10% off voucher. Wow so glad I jumped in and bought it. The colours literally pop, the screen is so clear compared to our old 4k tv. I am really happy with my purchase, I still have to test it out with my ps5 but I'm sure it will be amazing. It was pretty easy to set up using the Samsung app. The response of the tv to remote is super fast when using apps. It also has ALL my faves on their own individual button on remote... Netflix, prime and disney. There was also no messing about screwing the legs on they just slot in and click in place. We literally had the tv up and running within 10 minutes of it being delivered. It came well protected in excellent packaging (the last tv I tried to buy from amazon arrived cracked although different brand but was still wary). If your unsure of wether or not to buy this I'd say go for it you won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd Samsung TV I've ever owned and there outstanding! Only difference is I paid over £700 for a 32inch back when HD 1st came on the scene 1080i but now you can get a 50 inch with all the bells and whistles for half the price! Had it over 6 months now and I'm very happy with the new Samsung 50inch and highly recommend this TV if like me you are on a budget and still want a quality brand.

It lacks HDR10+. As a matter of fact it lacks proper HDR (High Dynamic Range) to be begin with. HDR deals with the light bright spots and the shadows,of course. But all that doesn't matter because of the price. For that sort of money,nobody in the sober,clear mind could expect top specs. It ain't got a bright screen,anti- reflective technology or good speakers. But then again, for the price, I cannot fault it. The picture is good enough. You've got 2 remotes like on the expensive Samsung TVs,you've got several picture modes,it's got 3 HDMI ports, a USB port and a LAN port. Decent for the cost of it. All in all,this TV is a good value. I don't think there's a better TV under £350 on the UK market. Of course,if you can afford a little more,go for CU8000 or Cu8500/BU8500. If you're looking for a cheap, reliable TV that can do the trick without fuss, this is a good choice.

Great amazing picture

The picture is brilliant for the price. It has a game mode which automatically switches on when using the ps5. Similarly film maker mode switches on when watching movies. The sound quality is excellent.Size and weight wise the tv is very light and easy to move. It is thin and not bulky at all. Very impressed!The only thing I'd say could be improved is the stand which just pushes in and doesn't have any fixings so it could just drop out if the tv is lifted. Still though for the price it's a brilliant deal

Excellent value for money, excellent picture quality... except mine came faulty. The image has this super-noticeable stain (impossible to unsee). Noticed as soon as I turned it on the first time!

This new crystal chip technology is amazing, I have a 65 inch Samsung in the living room which is an earlier version of this TV ,so without the new chip, don't get me wrong the pictures are fantastic after I took time to set it up, but the new chip upgrade has brought out more detail on none 4K images, it upscales Freesat images to another level. I've carefully set up each hdmi input separately, including Bluray DVD which when playing the same DVD on each TV shows much improved images. Amazon offered me a 6 month interest free option ( thanks ) which makes this TV even better value as I was short on money when my old TV packed up and I needed this replacement ASAP. There's plenty of inputs and the optical out for sound which goes into my Pioneer Dolby Digital amplifier, finishes off our bedroom viewing experience perfectly. I recommend this TV.

As usual, prime deliver with perfection.TV arrived nicely packaged and so easy to set up via galaxy phone.A child could set these up.Ive always preferred Samsung..... Software never lags even after years compared to other makes and for the price im made up.Intend getting a 65" version soon as funds available .Well happy ..... Cant beat Samsung
