Why does this only fulfill 8% of the DV for kids?

Ideally, minerals should come from eating a healthy diet. Most people get plenty of calcium in their diet. This is meant to supplement the K2+D3, and to help one's body absorb calcium and vitamin D3. Should these be taken with fat or oil of some kind?

Hi Jessica, A lot of evidence shows that D3 is absorbed better by the body when taken with a fat. With that being said, it is not required of you to take our K2D3 Gummies with a fat. Your body can and will still absorb what it can from the supplement. If you have a preference for taking the K2D3 Calcium Gummies with a fat, that is ok too. Why is this not usda certified organic?
