Really not the best device for a mercedes. Granted its quick and scans for errors, but thats all its good for. Every time I try to do something or everytime I enter the special menu, I get a nit support function on more or less everything i try. Better off with a cheap £10.00 scanner if im honest.

I cannot believe what you get included in the box with this scanner! Every connector or adapter you can imagine is there In a huge robust box that makes it feel like a £2k Diagnostic tool Easy to understand too which makes a nice change Plus thhe option to add lots of other modules like bore scopes and more! I honestly cannot see why you would ever need another scanner once you get this! Perfect for the mobile mechanic or professional garage at a fraction of the cost for a "Snap On" device

Very surprised at the coverage and update intervals for this unit, Had a problem with the first unit, some kind of glitch, but the 2nd one has been very good I claimed warranty directly with Kingbolen, because going through amazon woukd have cost me £250 Because when I purchased it the price was £650 but in less than 4 weeks the same seller had put the price up to £899 Amazon would refund, but wouldn't replace, so I would have had to repurchase at £899 So I explained directly to Kingbolen who arranged for me to post it back to them and once received sent me a replacement, all very good apart from I had to pay postage back to their UK warehouse, so for that only 4 stars

I have been working on various vehicles for past 30 years and over the years diagnostics have changed. Newer vehicles have so many sensors and gadgets present which sometimes can lead you into wrong diagnostics if you do not have right tools or methods. After quite some research I decided to pull the trigger on Kingbolen K10 pro after comparing specs and budget against various other scanners out there. Why I chose K10 pro? It came down to loaded features and to get all of those I will have to spend a whole lot more from some other tools out in market. It supports a wide range of vehicles (some that I never heard of being in US), it support Can-FD and DoIP for all kinds of resets (41 service functions) and ECU coding. Quality of Product: I am amazed at the tool for its features and quality. Screen looks very vibrant, VCI connectivity is quick. It does figure out vehicle with VIN lookup and asks you to confirm year, make, model, options etc. It is so easy to use and everything is plug-N-play. I was able to connect to 2015 Toyota Prius which was getting check engine light and my friend complained about very poor mpg. After reviewing Live Data through this tool, I was able to diagnose it down to two problems, one of them was small evap leak and second one was downstream oxygen sensor was not performing well (It was reading values but at times was too low). Replaced that O2 sensor and replaced a thin hose around intake which leaked. Everything got perfect after that time. I used it against 2020 BMW X5 to diagnose an issue related to Front radar sensor which needed a calibration and reset. No other tool showed a code about steering wheel vibration motor whereas I saw it with K10. I tried using a service function to test vibration motor and it didn't respond. Next thing we will do is order that motor and replace. I was able to quickly figure out that Fuel pump in tank being bad on 15 Lexus GS350 that had very rough idling and bucking down under acceleration. All-in-all, I will highly recommend this tool to folks who want lot more features but are budget friendly.

Great product, very easy to use with fluid software. There was no lagging or issues everything transitioned and worked perfectly. Reading and testing vehicles of any variety. This is a very useful tool to change parameters of the vehicle, like tire pressure monitoring, and things of that nature. Able to check and erase any type of diagnostic trouble code as well as test things like fuel system issues. I found it perfect for my jeep as it also helps straighten the steering wheel when we make changes in our suspension. It came with a variety of adapters for just about any type of vehicle and application You would need as well as a very nice case to carry everything. The huge display monitor is easy to see and very easy to use. The touchscreen works flawlessly. This would be a great tool for a shop, or even a home mechanic like myself that works on a variety of vehicles. This will be very useful very often, and will pretty much pay for itself not having to inquire mechanic charges, which are now reaching $150 an hour. Connectivity to the Wi-Fi was very easy, once I did that I went through and updated everything which took a couple of hours which is no different than when you get a new cell phone or something of that nature that has not been connected but once that was done, the updates are minimal and quick thereafter. This product will work on diesels and gasoline vehicles, which is very useful for the home mechanic or a shop since most of us own a diesel truck, as well as a car or other regular vehicles. We tested this out on an 09 Silverado diesel, a 2011 Ford diesel, as well as an 09 Mitsubishi Galant, and even a jeep wrangler all of which gave us great information and erased any old lingering trouble codes. Great price on this product with most of the high-end competitors coming in at twice the price or more it gives great value on a comparative product. You also have the ability to hook up different accessories to this available at additional purchase like an endoscope for checking inside of the motor or anywhere you might need that. Very great and useful tool. With Bidirectional functionality, you do not need to tear things apart they can be tested electronically like opening and closing of the sunroof and things of that nature. Very impressed with this and look forward to keeping things in running order very easily now.

Jag letade länge efter en bra bildator som klarar det mesta men inte är allt för dyr. Jag är helnöjd med denna och det finns just nu inget den inte klarar av (som jag har behov av).
