Works really well. Sometimes I get sores from biting my cheeks or irritation from my teeth rubbing on my tongue, especially because I have a narrow space to fit my tongue. I also tried to floss recently and it caused a lot of pain and discomfort and I used this immediately. I believe it helped. I have tmj too and occasionally I give myself massages where I’m gripping the inside of my cheek and unfortunately I think sometimes I go too rough so this helps with that. Shockingly, I’m not too bothered by using this product when I’m someone very sensitive to tastes and textures etc. I mean it’s kinda gross thicker liquid, but I generally don’t have an issue. I’m on my second bottle and I keep it around for occasional use.

AMAZING!!!!! Nurse recommended!!! Seriously a game changer!!! I had a lot of dental work done and while numb bit my tongue a cheek really badly. Not only was I in terrible pain but my tongue was infected with puss like sores. gross I know! Anyway got this liquid gold and used it before bed and by morning everything was decreasing by half and within 3 days everything is gone and healed. Let me give you details: it’s a very thick maple syrup type texture so it’s easy to control. Pour it in your mouth and your saliva will dilute it. Swish and hold it in your mouth where you need the relief for about a min or longer then spit out. You shouldn’t eat or drink for one hour after. You will taste nothing but a very faint black licorice flavor. Now black licorice makes me wanna hurl but this was so light it didn’t and the pain relief was a thousand percent worth the taste! I have been a RN for 25 years and I’m going to recommend this to everyone!!!

Have tried many and believe this is the best OTC relief.With just a few swishes, I feel instant relief. Does it promote quicker recovery? I definitely believe it does. Have purchased a few times and will continue to do so.

It's worth trying, probably doesn't works for everyone

I'm so happy this product is available again. Sprays and gels never worked well for me and this rinse works just like the old rincinol. I don't think it tastes very different from the old version either and I don't mind it at all. The soreness in my mouth went from an 8/10 to a 2/10 overnight, would HIGHLY recommend!

There is some noticeable pain relief, I’ve used it for the first time and i feel better. Pain isn’t gone but it’s more manageable and I’ll take any improvement.I’m curious how it’ll live up to the 6hr pain-relief claim so I’ll update as needed.*48 hr after review*So, it’s hard to say if it was the rinse alone. I was going through a really rough wave of canker sores and was put on antibiotics for a couple days before trying this product.Here’s a couple things I can say for sure:1. It definitely relieves the pain in an interesting way for a couple of hours. It doesn’t quite live up to 6 hours of relief but maybe it will for smaller sores. Mine were pretty bad and it at least made the pain more bearable.2. I think it clearly played a role in facilitating healing because the hydrating + coating aspect works surprisingly well.3. This product is probably best to use while canker sores are in their early stages, though the pain relief I did get was still worthwhile.4. Keep in mind, the taste is like licorice + aloe, it’s not terrible but not great. And it’s recommended you use 10mL of it per use, while the whole container is 120mL.5. It does seem to work best when you follow the direction where it says to not drink/eat for an hour after use.
