This has noticeably increased my testosterone not just by numbers but real results combined with healthy lifestyle and working out. High drive, libido. Drink with milk or tea do 2 a day and you'll be good. Recommend for all men.

I compared it to other online ones because i didn't want to get a crappy version and this was worth it. It was like less than £10 which is cheap. I put 2 spoons in water and it's strong enough but also not overpowering. I don't have anything to compare it as it's my first time trying pine tree pollen to really but as a standalone product I have zero complaints.

Due to the mild taste the powder is very versatile for use in various recipes. It can be easily incorporated into a variety of dishes, including tea, coffee, smoothies, ice-cream, and even cooking and baking recipes. I bake my own bread and have added a few spoonfuls to the flour mix and it gives the bread a delightful light flavour. This has made it even more convenient to enjoy the potential health benefits of this superfood supplement into my diet.
