This machine worked fine, it did what it's supposed to do, although it didn't help with the problem I bought it for, which was Morton's Neuroma. It did do its job though, and for that I'll give it 5 stars. It operated just fine, no problems.

Seems like a great product for the price. I bought it to alleviate chronic muscular pain in shoulders and back, and it appears to be working, albeit slowly. The recommended usage is every 5-7 days, so it takes about a week for the stress of the shockwave to recover. After 3 weeks of use, I have seen a noticeable improvement in muscular elasticity and reduction in pain. Operation is simple and straight-forward, and has only 2 adjustable options, and can be changed on the fly. It has a counter to show number of hits, and can be reset. The display shows count, frequency, and intensity. However, there are a few quirks that should be mentioned: (1) 50 mj is the lowest setting, which can be too hard especially on the feet or hands where the bones are near the surface. (2) Every setting is defaulted at 60 mj, 1 Hz, and 2500 (intensity and frequency can be adjusted). (3) Intensity is changed by 20 at least - down to 50 or up to 200; once changed, you can't get back to 60 unless you reset to default by backing out to main menu. (4)2 Hz is actually 1 Hz, freq. doesn't change from 1 to 2, but it does increase after that up to max of 16 Hz. (5) Each hit has a loud click and gets louder as intensity is increased. (6) There is no indication which head is on; as the head gets smaller, it has a greater impact; I mainly use the largest head, as it distributes the force over a wider area. (7) There are a few repair tools, but the instructions recommend not to repair it.

Don't buy this product. It looks like a knockoff. Don't have any pre-program settings at all. It started to malfunction after 5 months after purchase. Total waste of my money.
