Perfect breakfast option that is both tasty and guilt free.
I used to see protein oats containing whey or soy in the market. I was looking for plant based protein product for breakfast and came across True Elements. I like their Rolled Oats so thought of trying this one. It is the perfect balance of tasty and filling breakfast and is made with 100% plant protein - Moong.Great option for vegeterians too.
