Great Vaccum
Awesome vacuum cleaner, a little noisy, especially when dumping into the base unit. Sometimes takes a minute to find itself, overall great product.

Amazing robot. Have to manually remove and install mop every time
This robot is amazing value for its price but the only con is that you need to remove the mop manually if you want to do carpet and then install it back to do the normal tiles floor.

Within a year its stop working
Hi i bought this product last year june and exactly after 1 year its stop working i contact Roborock they ask me to contact seller i dont know how to contact seller as seller name is mentioned only MC-AE

After two months, it stopped working due to a failure in the laser and one of the motors, and there is no warranty. Bravo, Amazon
