I use VENTURE PAL SUGAR FREE ELECTROLYTES because I am a type 2 diabetic who also has heart problems that restrict my liquid intake to 2 liters daily. Part of my self care is to use electrolyte mix to protect my kidneys. I have tried most of the brands Amazon offers and the BEST BY FAR is VENTURE PAL--- ALL FLAVORS. They taste wonderful and mix immediately with zero chalky residue. The lemon flavor is lovely and delicate but very lemon. I use it chilled, room temp or hot and love love love it! Because I restrict liquids I have to make every drop count. This is delicious like all the flavors VENTURE PAL offers. I don't know the ingredients or what my energy level would be without it but I know it works and is a pleasure to drink.

I love all the flavors a bit sweet so I diluted it but it convenient since it comes in individual packets . I slip it in my bag and can easily go out for drinks or restaurants and add my own nutrients!

I’ve been using this product for over a year and have been pleasantly pleased with the replenishment of lost electrolytes and how my body responds to it. One main reason I went this route is I do not drink enough water because by itself, water is bland. I need the flavor to entice me to drink and drink I do. When folks remark about the flavor being to strong, I can only say to each their own. My aluminum drinking container hold 24oz and it’s too diluted for me. I now add a little more from another pack and get three drinks to my particular satisfaction. Whatever works to stay hydrated is paramount, health-wise. I need to filter my kidneys and liver and wish I would have chosen this line of products a long time ago. I tried to introduce this to a friend but you can only lead a horse to water. Electrolytes are a game changer and the value makes it affordable on my fixed income. PS. The flavors work for me.

I left this same review on the other variety pack I bought too because they are that good... I'm going to start off and say what needs to be said, I think this is far better than what is widely considered the "standard" of hydration drink mixes these days - Liquid IV. There is a wider variety of sugar-free flavors, which is great for those of us who can't have sugar, and the flavors are all much better in my opinion. It also mixes into my ice cold water much faster than Liquid IV does, which is nice. The only flavor I really didn't care for was the raspberry but even that was still okay enough I was able to drink it all. The packets are smaller but only by 3 grams, or 0.1oz, so it's not that significant of a difference making these a much better value at almost half the price for the same number of packets. I do have to mix this (and Liquid IV) in more than just 16 oz of water because they are far too potent to me not diluted down at least a little but that's really my only qualm (which is totally personal preference).

So good and so satisfying! I am not sure if you should only have 1 a day but I just got them today and currently drinking my 4th one! The flavors are not overwhelming and are just right for a taste of flavor. I am not a lemon fan but I can guarantee I will drink it with this brand. My least favorite is the raspberry, it puts me in the mind of medicine but it’s not unbearable. I feel very hydrated after drinking and I know I will be going through cases of water as long as I have these in my pantry!

I usually get these all the time and I love them , the flavors are great and I drink one or two of these almost daily especially at the gym. Only reason I put three stars is because I recently just bought two variety packs bc of the sale it’s on. However both packs are different, one of the packets is 30 cal and comes with the vegan stamp on the back, while the other one is only 10 cal and no vegan stamp on the back. Im confused on why the nutrition prints are different and hoping it’s just an accident or misprint? But other than that I genuinely love these packs and should deff try !

This drink mix is really helping me with my dry eyes. It isn't why I started using them but it has this great side effect of stopping my eyes feeling like they have sand in them when I wake up every morning. I was just looking for being more hydrated. I was taking pills for dry eye but they never helped. I drink 2 of them every dat and it has totally cleared my dry eye up. Thank you for such a great product.
