Llevo casi 2meses tomando estas pastillas de gelatina y la verdad que mis unas estan creciendo y mi pelo SE cae menos.

I have soft, easily breakable fingernails but if I take the gelatin regularly they grow better and stronger. It isn't a miracle and my nails are still soft but there is a definite, noticeable improvement.

Have bought this before use to be 70 cent a bottle. Quality use to keep joints moving.
