Excellent Gaming Rig
I am beyond pleased with this machine. I had to send back two other gaming PCs, both of which had a higher price tag, before this one came through for me. Competitors on Amazon have been a huge disappointment in terms of shipping and fulfillment. It's always a massive red flag when you see "UPS" on the tracking information. It's basically guaranteeing that your expensive package will be delayed and mishandled in order to save the seller a few bucks. MSI ships through Amazon, who almost always do a MUCH better job. Additionally, MSI packages their PCs like they care about them. The specs are excellent for the price and it's working like an absolute champ for long gaming sessions. The CPU temp gets up to 57°C after many hours at ultra 4k settings, which is great. The fans run quiet. I'm not a fan of RGB LEDs glaring and pulsing in my case, and this one has a nice button right there on the exterior to disable them, no software required. Speaking of software, nearly all of the MSI bloatware is entirely optional and comes uninstalled, allowing you to pick and choose exactly what you will find useful. Even the mouse and keyboard they throw in are of solid quality; I expected these to be a throwaway box filler but I actually like them a lot. The one point which I would like to see improved is that the tiny power cords connecting the fans inside the case are a bit sloppy. I noticed them when I was checking for damaged or loose components and I've never noticed them again, so it's definitely an insignificant detail. I spent almost $700 less than I budgeted on this, got a great device that is making me quite happy, and put the savings into a nice monitor. Strongly recommended.

Amazing prebuilt gaming desktop
Im going to start off by saying I never trusted prebuilt designs and always built my own but this thing is amazing in almost every way possible. Everything came as it was stated. No issues upon delivery and everything came in tight and secured. I would 100% recommend this gaming desktop. Comes with a mouse and keyboard and tower. This rig is quiet even when overclocked and runs smoothly. Everything is RGB. The only negative things I have to say is that the mouse is pretty basic and the keyboard could be a little bit better quality as the space bar squeaks but you can always upgrade those items anyways.

The pc broke after 2 years.
I own this desktop for 2 1/2 years. It had minimal issues, and ran everything great on ultra graphics settings. About three weeks ago I downloaded Arc Raiders. The game started crashing, then the entire PC started crashing. Over the course of about two weeks crashes got worse and worse and now the entire PC seems to be more or less destroyed. During the two weeks, I tried everything, up updating drivers to my graphics card to my bios, changing settings to reduce overclocking, etc. nothing has worked. I’ve owned at least 7 or 10 different gaming PCs over the last 20 years and have never had issues like this before. I even wiped windows entirely, resetting the computer to factory settings, reinstalling everything after a full wipe, and still the same issues. “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart”. A plethora of exception handling errors. Still no idea what happened. Before wiping the entire operating system off the computer I couldn’t even get to the windows desktop. After the wipe I can get to the desktop, but no games are playable, essentially putting any demand on the graphics card immediately crashes the computer. I imagine there’s some sort of degradation with either the CPU or the GPU. Again, I never personally overclocked anything, so either the bios or some other software may have overclocked the PC and destroyed components. Again, I never changed any settings or even know how to overclock. I had to Google a bunch of stuff to reduce clock speeds, etc. But none of that fixed the issue. $2000 gone in 2 years. I won’t be buying MSI again.

great gaming rig, but you need a firmware update!
very few complaints, this is a fantastic pre-built gaming rig in almost every way. the one thing is that 13th and 14th gen Intel systems have a CPU-melting bug and you need to update your firmware.

Took a chance on a refurb and pleasantly surprised!
Bought a refurbished machine. Always extremely leary of revurb electronics, especially a pc, but I’ve been using it for almost a month, 9hrs a day for work and haven’t had any issues in performance, or stability. I am a graphic/web designer. I work with large format files on the daily and have been extremely pleased with the performance. Even though this pc is designed for gaming, it performs very well using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Visual Studio. I bought for the specs and the price. Work machine died and I needed a new middle-high end box quick, at a reasonable price. Refurbs are always a gamble, so there is a risk, but I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. If anything changes I will be sure to update my review.

Happy with my purchase
I was nervous about getting an msi pc. My previous laptops were dell and alienware. I am happy to say I do not regret my purchase at all. I can run almost every game I play at max settings and 144fps. I am currently using a 34" ultrawide monitor. The pc doesn't get very loud or hot.
