This series is so good. The writing and translation is excellent, nothing trite or juvenile.absolutely BEAUTIFUL prose.Has the best translation iv seen in a danmei in my opinion. Its hard to translate ideas and meanings let alone do it beautifully. Def an adult book , NOT YA. Keep in mind this is VERY graphic, both xex and violence,So heads up there. Iv never cried while reading any book… and iv read countless books in the past 40 years; but be prepared to BAWL ( especially in the second half of the series) its so good i had to go online and read the rest of the bad Chinese translation, I couldn’t wait after I read the 3rd book. out of all the Danmei iv read,which is alot, this is my favorite series. I admit it took me a while to start as I wasn’t sure if it sounded that good.I Was so WRONG ! Out of 1 to 10 the angst is dialed up to 11, and be prepared to cry ALOT. So many emotions and frustrations but it is worth it, if you can hang in there emotionally lol

What a book! Great! Funny! Lively! Romantic! Sexy! Highly recommended! I hope that the next book will also be like that!
