Bang for your buck
I had been using NOLA vitamin c facial moisturizer and loved the concept of it, when I ran out i began looking for a more affordable moisturizer with vitamin c and came across this one. I have combo/sensitive skin but am more on the drier side. I prefer my moisturizers to keep me hydrated but not greasy as i still do get oily in my t-zone area. I read previous reviews about it being TOO moisturizering and was a bit apprehensive. Per reviews it was recommended that a small amount be used. I started with a pea size amount which covered my whole face but still felt a bit dry in some areas and applied a bit more and i loved it! Felt hydrated all day and my make up applied on top looked and felt great. Will be repurchasing!

Very moisturizing
For the most part, I love this moisturizer, it leaves my skin hydrated and gives it dewy look . Hasn’t made me break out either so that’s good ! Probably wouldn’t recommend this for oily skin.

Not any different that Oil of Olay
It was just OK. I feel it worked just as good as Loreal or oil of Olay

High quality moisturizer to use as night mask or for dry skin
I'd been looking for a solid night cream at a more affordable price than Youth to the People's night mask and struggled until I found this moisturizer. Really strong moisturizing for overnight use and probably good for folks with super dry skin during the day. It does appear to contain a small amount of retinol, so do pair with SPF for daytime use!

VERY moisturizing, good for evening routine
I've been using squalane oil products for years and I absolutely love them! It's an oil, yes. And I even have oily skin-- but squalane is awesome for oily skin, too, and I'll explain why... Squalane mimics our own natural oils and because of this, it helps balance out oil production. By using it on a daily basis, your skin drinks up the moisture, and "realizes" that it doesn't need to produce as much oil anymore. So, by putting this oil on your face (I use this particular product at night) eventually, you'll have LESS oil on your face. It seems contradictory but I can vouch for it. Better yet, even though it reduces the amount of oil my face produces throughout the day, it leaves my skin moisturized, happy and dewey looking. This product contains other moisturizers and things like vitamin C etc. which takes the benefits of the squalane oil and ramps it up. It's a win, win. This product is extra creamy and a little goes a very long way. I would start out using a pea-sized amount and go from there (this one tub will last foreverrr). I only use this moisturizer at night because it can feel a little heavy and slippery for the day. I have a bottle of just plain squalane oil and if I want to wear a little during the day (usually only in the dry winter months), I use one or two drops of it with my daily lotion and it soaks into my skin completely. The directions say you should massage your skin for 1-2 minutes after applying, but I don't think that's particularly realistic for most of us. I usually massage my face for about 30 seconds to mayyyybe one minute SOME nights (certainly not all) because my face muscles get tight anyway, so I'm not adding an additional step by using this product, but 2 mins seems like a stretch for me. Maybe after a really stressful day. I just rub it in until it feels like it's absorbed a good amount, and call that good enough.

Thick, leaves skin shiny and tacky.
Wife and I tried this. The cream is on the thicker side. It goes on face and leaves a shiny layer. Face feels slightly tacky. Both of us thought it was ok in terms of moisturizing but not a fan of it. Perhaps this is better for much dryer skin. Product description says keeps your skin moisturized throughout the day but don't want to go out with shiny face. Probably prefer to use this as a night cream.

Almost too moisterizing?
This is apparently VERY moisturizing. It says to apply a generous amount, but when I did that my face was WAY too hydrated. A rather greasy looking glow to it. I think that's the "dewy complexion" which doesn't look good on me. I washed it off and applied less, but my face still feels rather greasy and quite sticky to the touch. I really don't like the greasy feeling. Perhaps it's just my skin, but I'd recommend starting with only TINY amount. I really think if I did that it would feel much nicer, I just don't want to wash it off again. I do need to mention that my skin is VERY oily on its own, so for people with dry skin this stuff would probably work VERY well! And that's probably why my skin felt too oily, though I think it would still 'pack a punch' even for people with dry skin based on how moisturizing this stuff seems to be.Also, the directions and ingredients on the container are VERY tiny and difficult to read. It would be nice if they were bigger. The directions are interesting though. Maybe this is normal and the other facial cream I had was unique, but I'm used to just rubbing in some cream real quick. This one says to "massage for 1-2 minutes". I could see my face and neck getting a bit red from massaging it in and I realized that massaging them was increasing the bloodflow quite a bit which is probably really good for the skin.My neck creases didn't go away like the picture shows. I think that a particular line on my forehead might have softened out though. I have only used it for one day though, and apparently you can apply it up to three times a day. There would probably be greater changes to the skin if one uses it daily.
