Solaray - Bitter Melon Extract, 500 mg, 30 capsules

I have diabetes type II and I use this product on a regular basis because of its anecdoctal evidence. Excellent product and I believe worth the price. Love Solaray products - always good quality product. I read that others think this is pricey but it drops my sugar about 50 points after taking it compared to multipe other names I have tried which only do about 25 points at most I believe it to be worth the price.

I am a type 2 diabetic. Usually I will only eat one large meal a day as my sugar is high and I just do not get hungry. 2 days on these pills and I am already wanting three square a day. Also I do not feel tired after eating and I am satisfied with smaller portions. fortunately I have had no digestive issues with these. I will update later my review once i have been on them for a while and know how they affect me, but so far so good.

I can't handle the side effect of Metformin. Instead I took Solaray Bitter Melon, the results are similar but no side effect. Highly recommended. Be careful, there are a lot of cheap ones on the market do not have any effect at all. This one is kind of expensive but worked for me.

I bought this brand of bitter melon for the price and was not disappointed with the quality. Package arrived sealed and the pills were not broken or damaged. I have tried several other supplements from this brand and am impressed. Thanks!
