Simple and easy to use back stretching device.

The product is easy to install. I work from home and it’s always at a sitting position. With this device I can put on my chair to support my back and also use to stretch my back when needed.My husband and I we ski and snowboard and after a day’s exercise our back is sore. We use this device to provide relief to our back and stretch to provide relief to our tensions in muscle.Overall, I really like this product and it’s very easy to use and install.

If you have a small area this is perfect way to help stretch your spine ,gives pain relief,if needed cracks alignment.Good quality ,the cushion is much nicer than I thought it would be & I like the levels of adjustment.The only issue I had was it's tough to move from 1 level to the other so I had a friend set mine .Worth the money

It works, however if you already have a back roller it is redundant and not as versatile.

The media could not be loaded.  If I can squeeze it, there's no way in HE11 this will work.I'm not a man of slight stature, but I'm also not 300 lbs, which is what this is rated for and one reason why I bought this, the other being the foam pad that the others don't have. I'm about 260-270, so well below the limit. But as soon as I laid on it the first time, it buckled on me, for lack of a better term. Didn't break, nor did it crease, but bounced immediately back to where it was before. I don't know if I got a faulty one or if that's part of the design, but if it's the latter, it's a stupid design that defeats the purpose.Needless to say, it's going back. The reason for giving just the obligatory 1 star is because of the foam pad and because zero stars is not an option.Nice idea, terrible execution. 👎👎

Maybe a rolled up towel isn’t such a bad idea after all because it’s MUCH less aggressive and far MORE FORGIVING than this contraption.It Definitely will POP your back but also tends to PUSH STUFF into some pretty uncomfortable angles and it wouldn’t take much to do some irreparable damage to an otherwise perfectly healthy spineThis thing should come with some WARNINGS as it is NOT A TOY and WILL HURT YOU if you’re not careful

Like reasonable price, easy to set up, not very uncomfortable. I spent most of my work life hunched over a desk or a work bench. This device has been helpful in straightening my posture (my wife noticed the difference a few days later), and my low back feels better. I appreciate this device

After nearly 3 months of use, this has been the game changer not only for my lower back health but increased my yoga strength during back bend.
