Good product, very bad customer service
I received this lamp missing the power adapter. Contacted Humanscale customer service, I was told to contact Staples (were I bought it) and let them submit a warranty claim. Warranty claim for a new product that was not used! Unfortunately such a bad customer service for this excellent product.
