Thin tissue end papers for perming hair
These perm papers are just what I wanted the older type tissue style used for the ends of your hair when perming, quite difficult to find now as most were the newer thicker ones, too thick for my purpose but these are perfect for me

Not the most exciting thing to review! These are the tiny, thin papers that anyone who has had a perm will recognise. They are used to cover the hair as it is rolled onto a perm rod or similar, and stops the hair getting snarled in said perm rod/roller. Useful to have handy if you like experimenting with your hair.
