Repeat customer and still very pleased with this product! It works very well. My cats go outside during the day and inside at night. They never have any fleas or ticks on them! It’s really easy to apply and have never had any side effects from using it. One application usually works for two months or longer so it’s very durable! I’ve purchased other products that were triple the price of this that didn’t work for my cats. So this is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product!

Fleas are so bad again this year. Bought this in desperation along with some capstar and home flea spray. Also bought a treatment for my dog. It took about a week to get the cats flea free. First I gave them the capstar, then I fought the good fight with bathing them. After drying I put this on them and in a crate on the balcony and treated the house. We took the cats and treated dog on a nice drive to the park and waited a couple of hours. Back to the apt, aired it out and let the animals back in the house. We have been vacuuming and keeping an eye on them. It’s been about a week and I didn’t find any fleas on them with the flea comb today. I’ve been combing them daily. It takes work but it will help with the fleas. Esp if you have a dog that must be taken out.

Effectiveness is highly questionable, gets them scratching and digging, but killing and repelling, hours and days later, is rather dubious. I was wrong in my original opinion, fleas were virtually eliminated by day ten.

I purchased this and put it on my 3 cats who unfortunately started to itch from fleas spreading. I bought this product, in hopes of getting rid of the infestation. Unfortunately, after putting this medication on my cats (as directed on the box), one of my cats was foaming from the mouth and looked like he was going to pass out and was panting. I had to rush him to the Emergency Vet at 9pm and stayed there until 2 am with a big medical bill. I The veterinarian advised me NOT USE this product or ANY product with “NATURAL OILS” because cats skin are not meant to tolerate these oils. This could have possibly triggered the foaming in the mouth as a reaction. I also had to call poison control and was charged $85 just for that call. Luckily, the medical staff gave my cat a bath to get rid of the product from his first and checked all vitals. All in all, the veterinarian provided me with a prescription flea medication that was an oral pill to crush into wet food to give to my cat to get rid of the flea infestation. I was also advised to always buy branded names because they are specific to what the cats can tolerate and are built to digest appropriately in a safe manner.I will always pay what I need to when it comes to keeping my animals safe and healthy, so that is not the problem. The issue is that this could have easily been avoided by REMOVING THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON. This isn’t fair for the animals or pet owners. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS!! Poison control was aware of this product, this says ALOT about this item.

I recently recused a kitten that was covered from head to toe in fleas. I was very worried about our other two cats getting fleas and taking them throughout the house. I have used a similar name brand product and had good results but I saw this was cheaper and had good reviews. It works just like the name brand, but half the price! I have not seen a single flea on any of my cats since being treated so I’d say it works great! I was worried because some reviews aren’t great but this was a win for me! I absolutely love it and it’s so easy to apply! The cats didn’t seem to mind it and it also doesn’t smell which is a big thing for me!

The point of these products is infestation prevention, I was using it on my dogs and cats. A hurrica passed along the coast causing day and night rain for 9 days straight and all of the sudden fleas were climbing me in the yard by the hundreds, and within 2 days inside the house. Over $300 on high wuality foggers and sprays, and I am still seeing some fleas in the yard. The house seems to be under control. The tooical are supposed to have growth regulators that prevent this from happening, but my dogs and cats were getting anemnic. I was having to use Capstar on them at least every other say, I've had to treat for tapeworms, and I'm keeping the topical in them.I gave a 3 star because I'm not sure if the fleas are resistsnt, there were just that many coming uphill from the swamp or if the topicsl completely failed. At best, it couldn't keep up. At worst, it didn't work at all. Fleas on animals were all alive and kicking until I gave Capstar, so it seems it wasn't working.

Worked as well as the name brands I've used in the past. My indoor cat got fleas from my Daughter's dog, I didn't know about until my cat wouldn't go on the floor! He didn't scratch! He was just obsessed with grooming himself, they were bad, but this product rid him of the problem in just a few days time. Great product! Kind of oily at first, and I worried about my little guy ingesting it at first, I combed him with a flea comb and after it distributed it wasn't so bad and it didn't seem to cause any reaction except, he was mad when I first put it on. No rash or any other symptoms from the medication! I have purchased it again to make sure I always have some on hand for future use. Worth the money! It took almost a month to rid the house of fleas and this product kept him bug free the entire time!
