I got this ACBungji Lamp Shade Harp Holder to put on a lamp that had no harp at all. It is made of thick metal…very sturdy. I didn’t need to adjust the height of the harp but appreciated the option to do so. The metal finish looks nice. Not cheap looking.This product is competitively priced for similar adjustable holders. Although some instructions are found on the website it would be helpful to have paper instructions included with it. The instructions should include appropriate cautions concerning any issues with electrical wiring.

I ordered the ACBungji Lamp Shade Harp Holder to retrofit an old floor lamp so I could use a 3-way LED E26 light bulb. The bulb was too large at the base to fit the lamp's original harp. After disassembling the lamp, I was very disappointed to find the rod running through my lamp was 1/2 inch in diameter. The ACBungii harp only comes with two humongous brackets and a 3/8” bracket. I thought about modifying one of the brackets for the 1/2” rod or modifying the old bracket to hold the new harp but in the end, decided it was more trouble than it was worth.The ACBungii harp is adjustable and when the screws are tightened down, very stable. The gold/brass finish looked good. I'm just disappointed that after going to the trouble of taking my lamp apart, it didn't fit.

and sometimes the harp on older lamps is shot, but is an odd size. Problem solved. Many older lamps do need to be rewired, check yours, if its brittle or showing wear, get it done.

In former days you had to purchase a dedicated lamp harp, in one specific height, for a particular lamp/shade combination. This holder is adjustable in multiple ways and reduces the concern that you're not getting the right height or shape. I also love the modern black finish. A solid, well-designed item that you didn't know that you needed!

As you might imagine we got this to refurbish an existing lamp, and I'm happy to report, we successfully did so.The material and fabrication quality is certainly adequate for regular use, albeit not really "heirloom" quality. The only tricky part of installation is making sure you have the right measurements for your lamp and shade.Someone shopping in this area should make sure the measurements fit their bulb socket and that the design works—this is only for lamps (and shades) with the appropriate affordances/attachments. There are a good few emerged standards so make sure you are getting the right thing for your parts!

Unfortunately I think I might have miscalculated the size of the table lamp I needed this for, so I wasn't able to use it as it just didn't fit my needs. It arrived well packaged and the parts all seem pretty strong, so I am hoping to keep it on hand for another project at a later time.

This is exactly what I needed to change shades on a lamp I love- didn't even know a product like this existed. I will definitely be ordering a couple more- and I love that the height of the harp can be adjusted!
