Defective Merchandise
the battery was defective does not work and there has been a refusal to replace it made me have to purchase a new one, I have to purchase again and I was not given a refund, I also was not given a way to return it, I’ve been trying to return it since December 26 was directly told that the item would not be replaced, I could not return it, getting a refund and I was not given a replacement item I had to buy a new battery I never received reimbursement or assistance

Battery not working.
The drill works perfectly fine, but the battery does not charge and I am not able to use it.

Do not buy, does not charge
Bought this from Walmart. It will not charge and it is brand new. Apparently, this is a common problem that Hart is fine continuing to ship. They don't have a customer service email listed online. I could either send them a letter or call during business hours. Bad product. And they must not have a customer service email because they know their product is bad. I won't ever buy a Hart product again.
