The firmware in this product is absolutely shocking, the microphone simply doesn’t work reliably. When I answer a call I can never be sure they will actually work which renders them useless. An expensive mistake I will never repeat, these will go in the recycling bin and i hope Jabra learn that quality, testing and outsourcing firmware, leading to poor quality products, is never an acceptable option.

The microphone on the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex doesn't work. It regularly disconnects from bluetooth - meaning you can hear what's being said to you on a call, but no one can hear you. It’s completely useless. This is the second of these headsets that I've bought and the problem has been there on both occasions. Search online and you'll find lots of other people describing similar problems – even when you've done all the updates and resets etc etc, the problem persists.It's such a shame because the sound coming through the headphones is great.

While working from home my colleagues mentioned that my microphone was occasionally missing out a word while speaking. This would make it very difficult to conduct any calls over zoom or teams.Spending over 200 quid on a headset this is not the quality I would expect.Various other bugs with the headphone such as reduced sound quality when using more than one device, and also the headset doesn't connect automatically on PC so I would have to manually set up the headset which would take up a few minutes before every meeting..Unreliable and disappointing, luckily I was able to get a refund.
