Alpine CorporationWCT2002 Outdoor 3-Tier Birdhouse with Cardinal Waterfalls Floor Fountain, 35 Inch Tall, Brown

This is just what we were looking for in our front flower bed. I put it inside a whiskey barrel and built it up on a couple of pavers then put planted some flowers and put in a couple little garden birds around the base. We are so happy with it and have received many compliments on this fountain. I did notice that on windy days the water doesn't always fall back into the basin so on windy days you either have to turn it off or check on it throughout the day. We put ours on a timer and will do the same thing next year. I enjoy it so much I'm getting a different, smaller base to put it in and bring it inside for the winter months. I will enjoy decorating it for the different holidays.

The major flaw is that the pump should have a auto-shut off when the water runs out. If you dont catch it in time the pump WILL burn out. Summer in Texas will be a daily fill.My item came with the top piece damaged that sits into the bottom. The plastic adapter was broken. I coudnt get the pump to engage. I think I got a returned unit .If I can get a response from CS I will change my rating.:I was contacted by Alpine and they jumped on the issue and replaced my unit. Very good service. "

I bought this in the Spring and could not wait to put it in my pollinator garden. We set it up, it looked sweet, water flowed and it sounded lovely. This lasted maybe 48 hours. It kept starting / stopping. I could only get it to run for a short period if I kept unplugging / plugging it in. All directions followed. We have another fountain in a different part of the yard that has been running for 2 years, so know how to run and care for an outside fountain. I contacted the company. We went back and forth for several weeks where I answered questions, sent pictures, explained the problem several times. They finally responded that they were sending a new stronger pump for the fountain. When it came, it was completely inappropriate. The hose connections were not even compatible. After contacting the company again, they said they could not help me anymore and to contact Amazon. The Amazon site said there is no returns or refunds for this product. I would have rather given the money for this piece of junk to a worthy charity. It feels like Alpine (and Amazon) stole my money. They did.

The media could not be loaded. It's beautiful I really like it and I love the sound of it unfortunately within a couple of hours we discovered it's leaking somewhere which we can't find. I contacted their customer service and I'm waiting to find out what they're going to do or what they're going to tell me. It's very cute and I do love the sound of it. Hopefully they will either replace it or help me to figure out what's wrong. UPDATE: I Think we may have overfilled it we used a gallon and it was supposed to be less than a gallon so I think the extra just leaked out from where I don't know. No more leaking it's running beautifully it sounds amazing. I love my little fountain best purchase I've made in a long time.

Received it on time. Opened box and found out the peach on the removable bird house was broken. Contacted Customer Service and instead of sending another birdhouse they sent a whole new fountain. And they didn’t want the first fountain back. We now have spares if we need.Works great and looks good. The clear hose has come loose twice in the 2 years we have enjoyed it. It is simple for someone with small hands to put back in place. Larger hands like mine will take a little longer, but can be done

Apart from the abysmal customer service and crappy inadequate pump, it's a nice little fountain.Box was slightly beaten up when it arrived but the contents were well protected and undamaged.Very easy to put together. Very reasonably prices when comparing to other fountains out there.My only critique would be the pump is a little small and I thought the sound of splashing / running water would have been louder.Update:The crappy little pump died after intermittently being used for less that a week. I sent customer service an email early this morning and got an instant bot reply. I followed up at the 877 Customer Service number and spoke to a rep who proved rather smug and useless.I bought another pump rather that wait for Alpine to make good on the crappy pump they stuck me with.

I bought this three tiered birdhouse fountain for my backyard because of the way its looked as well as the price. When it arrived, however, the red cardinal that sits next to the birdhouse was missing. I contacted customer service via text and got a response from Grace after only a few hours. Within a few days the issue was resolved. I love this fountain. It is sturdy and charming and easy to set up.
