I got this thermal printer on the recommendation of a business colleague. I run a small custom reusable press-on nail business. When I first started out, I would jump through hoops to print shipping labels. Not anymore! I've had this baby for about a year now, and I can't imagine printing labels the old way. Plus, I can make custom stickers in a heartbeat! I love how this printer is very small and light, extremely easy to set up, and compatible with my iPhone, Mac or Windows computer. Also, their customer service is fantastic! They walked me through fixing my issue (it turns out I was using lower-quality labels). Two things you should keep in mind: 1- You should use Munbyn labels. Trust me. I got other "high quality labels", but they were not actually high-quality. They kept jamming and the print quality was horrible. Once I switched to the Munbyn labels, perfect printing, perfect print quality. In the photo, the Munbyn label is on the left, and the other brand is on the right. Even if it wasn't jamming, you can see that the writing is very faded and not clean. 2- The printer is bluetooth, but you can only print bluetooth from your phone, not from your computer. To print from your computer, you will need to use the cord provided. They may have other printers that will, but this one will not.

I haven’t had much time to dive into all the features yet, but I wanted to at least test a single sticker to see if I’d run into the same problems as before—and it worked perfectly on the very first try. The Bluetooth app was simple, intuitive, and easy to set up. I haven’t connected it to my computer yet, but the mobile app alone made the whole process quick and stress‑free. The print quality was great right out of the box, with no tweaking or troubleshooting needed. If my first test run is any indication, I can’t wait to explore everything else this printer can do. The Munbyn thermal printer balances cuteness with practicality. I needed a thermal printer to save money on printer ink for my small business and after reading the 5★ reviews for munbyn and seeing that it comes in COLORS! absolutely sold me. On my android, the app is easy to download and very user friendly. I've already printed 10 shipping labels and created some little sticker labels for fun. The quality of the print is great. Although it may need to be adjusted in the app- but so easy to do- I just needed to adjust the pressure setting. Fast too! 20 sticker labels printed it little over 3 seconds. Highly recommended for anyone whose sick of just black, white, or gray, but still delivers professional quality!

I use the MUNBYN 130B Bluetooth thermal label printer for small business shipping, and overall it does a good job, but there are a few quirks worth knowing. Print quality is solid. Text and barcodes come out clear, and the Bluetooth connection works well once it’s set up. It’s fast enough for everyday shipping and works fine for 4x6 labels. My main issue is label alignment. The labels don’t always stay lined up, and I usually can only print a few labels before needing to re-center or adjust them again. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does slow things down during bulk printing. I suspect using a label stand instead of feeding from a loose stack or roll would probably help with this. Once it’s aligned, it prints accurately, but it’s a bit finicky about staying that way. For smaller batches it’s totally fine, but if you’re printing a lot at once, expect to pause and adjust. I bought this printer for my Candle Company and it works good. It's not easy to use. It takes awhile to figure it out. But once you get it the labels come out good! It's light weight. And it's portable and it prints out shipping labels. I purchased the transparent labels and they look great on my candles and on my roll on perfume and cologne bottles. It's durable and compatible. The price is good! It arrived quickly! And I love the Lavender color of my printer! I highly recommend this printer! I'm happy with my purchase! Also I forgot to mention it prints out QR Codes! And it lets you customize your own labels! 😊

I've had this for several months now. I use it to print labels for items I sell on eBay. It is an excellent product. It is shockingly easy to get set up when you first get it. And printing labels is so easy and fast.

I love this thermal label printer! I love that it prints labels very quickly and is easy to use. I love that it is compact and does not take up a lot of space. I love that it is bluetooth so I can design my labels on my iPad and send to the printer. I love that it accommodates labels that are up to 6" x 4" as well as labels of smaller sizes, shapes, and colors. So why 3 stars and not 5? Well, the printer was advertised as coming with a choice of 5 additional FREE items. There was only one additional free item posted with a link, no choice, but 5 of them was the magic number. Various rolls of labels, I presume. In poking around to see if I could find a variety of labels to choose from. I did find a different link which offered only 2 FREE items, but again there was no choice, just the one same roll of labels. So I ordered this thermal label printer and clicked on the link to get 5 free additional items, which were mailed separately. Well, not quite! Only ONE free roll of labels was received, not 5, not 2. I contacted Amazon and customer service said I could return the printer. That was my only option. They said they had no control over sending the additional free items. They suggested I contact the seller and even provided their contact information. I contacted the seller and received a response next day stating that they do not handle the free items and that I should contact Amazon Customer Service! This went back and forth a few times, with Amazon Customer Service said I had to work with the Seller and the Seller saying I had to work with Amazon. UPDATE: The seller came through with the promised freebies. I have now upgraded my review to 4 stars. It is good to see a product that works well and even exceeds my expectations, and then a company that cares about its customers and its word.
