This is my favorite part of my at home spa. I love the fact that it’s spacious inside. The tray underneath catches the water so it doesn’t get on the furniture. And it keeps my towels nice and heated. It’s perfect for what I’m using it for I also use it to sanitize my makeup brushes and other things. The photo shown with the product also is on a stand I bought from Amazon, which I absolutely love.

Perfect Hot facial towels for Spa party! Loved how easy to use including the tongues for transport of the towels safely and the room for multiple towels to be warmed. The size is larger than most microwaves therefore make sure you have adequate room with countertop and or table. Great product for the price!

Expect toxic fumes and fire hazards. The towel warmer works as expected, but the plastic protective film (that even has a warning sticker telling you to remove it), is physically screwed into the warmer and can not be properly removed. It's even wrapped into the electrical connections. So, yes, there is definitely a weird smell. Because theres plastic melting around the internals.

Very nice quality with a see through window. The UV light is beautiful color and not too intense - perfect lighting and keeps my towels smelling very fresh. The heat is superb and the warmer fits my space perfectly. Thank you 😊 I took a pic without towels, but I’ll drop another pic with the towels later. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Worse case scenario spend the $3-$7 extra for the extra warranty it’s definitely worth it.

This towel warmer works great! It heats up fast, holds a lot of towels, and the stainless steel racks let me do wet and dry towels at the same time. The LED light is a nice touch too. My only complaint is the packaging—the cellophane wrapping was stuck in between parts of the warmer and was a pain to remove. Other than that, it’s sturdy and does exactly what I need.

It’s time to purchase a new one because the old one is cracking under pressure but it’s still getting hot! I bought it a year ago. It’s worth it but it’s time to get another one

The hot towel cabinet works well overall. It heats towels properly and the capacity is good for professional use. The build quality feels decent and it does what it’s supposed to do in terms of warming. However, I noticed that the light inside appears blue rather than purple. I was expecting a UV sterilizing light, which typically has a purple tone. This one looks more like a regular blue LED light. I’m not sure if this is normal for this model or if I might be operating it incorrectly. If anyone from the seller can clarify whether this is truly UV sterilization or just a blue display light, that would be helpful. Overall, heating performance is good, but I would appreciate more clarity about the light feature.
