Amazon Basics LED B22 Bayonet Cap Bulb, 14W (Equivalent to 100W), Warm White, Dimmable- Pack of 2

Bought some other led bulbs to use with my dimmer of unknown type. The bulb caused a constant buzz that increased in volume the more it was dimmer and flickered towards the lower end, and the brightness was lower than expected. I actually then bought an led dimmer but hadn't got round to fitting yet. Picked these up due to their higher brightness and lo and behold it all works great on that same dimmer. Very bright stable light, no buzz and dims down to almost off. Brilliant bulbs

Offers a decent bright light with warmish colour that isn’t too harsh. Seem to dim well too on my standard dimmers switches with no flickering. Only just put them in so can’t say as to how long they will last hence 4 stars but if they last long time I would happily buy again. Dimmable leds are hard to find and very expensive so theses work out very good value is they offer long life.

These worked with a dimmer switch when other dimmable brands causing flickering.

Man, are dimmable energy saving bulbs hard to find. I kept either having to buy non dimmable ones out of necessity or by mistake and end up putting up with flickering and general misbehaviour by bulbs. When bulbs don't even do what you want, you're not in a good place.These ones are great. Twice the output of the ones I had but finally are dimmable. No more flickering. They just work. And they have a nice warm light. Which probably helps more that I realise as my partner work in the conservatory when it's freezing cold and these must at least make it *look* warmer than it is.

The bulbs I bought are 100 watt equivalent, and I use them over my kitchen island. They are nice and bright for when I'm preparing food, and dim really well, for when we are eating at table nearby.I love that they dim without flickering, or humming/buzzing. I've bought (and returned) a number of bulbs in the past week or so, and they weren't suitable for my 8 year old dimming switch, without the above issues.Can't comment on longevity, as I have only just installed them.I've given brightness 4 stars, as these bulbs are half covered with heavy plastic on the bayonet end, (yes, I know we can see that in the images). This means the light from them is cut 'in half' as well... and that cut off line is visible through the shades I use. This is not a huge issue for me, as to find 100w equivalent lightbulbs that dim properly, right down to 'off', is wonderful!

Builds work very well, nice and bright and warm white. Only problem us that one of the bulbs occasionally flickers when set to maximum.

It is not the brightest bulb in the world but much brighter than the LED bulbs that purport to be equal to an old 60 watt. Certainly good enough for most requirements in a domestic setting.It does not flicker when dimmed with our dimmers except at the very lowest setting, when to be honest, the light may as well be off. Of course that flicker may be induced by the dimmers, the point I want to make is that other bulbs flickered more at higher light levels so theses bulbs do seem to be better than average with that regard.Overall, I would definitely buy again.
