Hope Tech 4 V4 Disc Brake and Lever Set

Blingy and incredibly strong stoppers. The lever feels great and the modulation is superb. Bought front and back.

Powerful brakes instant stopping power just barely touching the lever exactly what I needed. Comes with purple ebike brake pad as well if you're going to use this on an ebike

After multiple bleeds on the break, My brake was still very squishy and I replaced the hose with a new one when I was taking the bolt off. It snapped in half leaving one-half of the bolt still inside of the caliper I took it to several bike shops to see if they could get this out and they all said they couldn’t. Overall, I would not buy this again and do not recommend it!

Best modulation and power out of any brake I’ve ever used.

Hope makes an amazing product the E4 had been amazing, however the V4 model has given me nothing but issues. I’ve had to bleed them over and over and over again. Brake seems good but after a lap or so gets squishy. Specifically the rear brake has been giving me issues. The front has been good for the most part. I don’t know what’s going on with Hope it’s just not worth it to me anymore. Eventually you get tired of bleeding them and missing out on riding. Going to switch to a different manufacturer been running hopes for years. Also they Make quite a bit of nose braking you can hear them squeal not super loud but enough to be annoying.

I bought a set of these brakes and the 3.3 rotors. The front brake worked flawlessly, but the rear has given me nothing but issues. I tool pulled the pistons and there was a small amount of metal shavings in the caliper and some in the lever. Upon contacting Hope about the issues their solution was to deflect, punt, and blame me. If you have an issue, don't expect Hope to stand behind their product.

i open the box and the wire was cut in half like it doesnt even work like what???
