This said it work in the Philippines but doesn’t due to plug configuration. I contacted company and they made it right at their own expense. Quality customer service and I will be purchasing the correct one from them.

I did not like this as a converter at all. It works ok as an adapter but is overpriced for what it is. It fried my curling iron. I tried to return it through Amazon but apparently it's been in transit for over a month.

I went to South Asia and needed something I can use to charge my electronics during my layovers and final country. It works well and charges fast. Would recommend.

Tried to use it, and noticed it was broken. Attempted to fix it, and plugged it into the wall, and my hairdryer didn't even turn on!!!! Waste of money! Since I was traveling overseas, I missed the return window... so disappointed and annoyed. Save your money.UPDATE:Seller reached out to me, and offered me a full refund even though the return window had closed. I appreciate the great customer service, and for that I had updated my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Thank you!

The product is just super ,quality on top ,compact size ,exactly what you need for business trips and travel.Before buying I asked the company a question and got an answer the same day giving me the feeling this product was the right product and it sure was.

Did not work! Did not convert 220 to 110, so it burned my hairdryer.

Be sure to put in Converter Mode before using for a hairdryer or straightener! It works great for them in Converter modeAdapter mode is good for dual voltage chargers as it passes through higher European voltage. Fortunately, my hairdryer survived on low in the Adapter mode for a minute or two, whichnI blame on jetlag. A built-in circuit breaker opened and closed a couple times, with a little spark. 🤔
