Awsome gift for beginner
Got this as a gift for my sister who is starting to get into mtg like her older sister (me). And she’s a big fan of doctor who. She’s had a very fun time learning how to play it. I enjoyed the mechanics of the deck. Since she’s just learning I have “Alistair, the Brigadier” as the commander since it’s simple and she has to remember his trigger. And she loves that the tardis is flying.

My gateway into MTG. Learned a lot of mechanics for gameplay through this worthy little command deck. Helps that I'm a Whovian. Enjoyable starting line to a great game and fun player base culture.

Packaged well, in original box from WOC even. If you want one 100% unopened, that's how it came.

everything you need. Just one small issue for me personally
The box was sealed and I got all the cool Doctor Who classic cards I wanted at a solid price. My only real criticism is that the box came a little more roughed up than I’d prefer. Corners were kind worn out, top flap was bent down, tiny dent in the cardboard. Nothing atrocious, and to be fair some of this could have occurred during shipping. I can still display it fine, and all the cards and contents were in perfect condition. But if you’re like me and sometimes like displaying the outer boxes, just a heads up that the box probably won’t come in mint condition. But worth it to have the cards to actually play with.

Get this a while back one of the best decisions I ever moved my second deck or magic the gathering and I decided to go Doctor Who the fifth doctor is awesome

Amazing for Who fans
Still new to Magic the Gathering but been a Doctor Who fan for years. This is a great deck to learn with as it is straight forward and not as complicated as the timey wimey precon was to learn. Got a good bit of wins from it in causal games! The Sagas are a bit odd to use is my big complaint with the precon just cause they are based on the episodes to they are hard to use in the game effectively.
