The RV ones are not for a RV. Too short. I have a class C.
These are only enough to go on one side of a class C RV. And only on the trailer part. I don't know if we were sent lights for a car by mistake, but it's been too long to return. We just put them on the one side of the trailer part at the door side and it just lights that up. Not enough to go around the whole thing. If you want it to be lit up all the way around like when going down the road at night, you will have to buy at least 3 kits. Also do not accidently push the music beat mode. We did and it makes the lights go off and not come back on. No matter which other button you push. Even pushing the on/off button they stay off until you push the music beat button again to get it off that mode to get the lights back on. We thought they just quit working but they were on that music mode without music hook up so it did nothing in that mode and made us think they stopped working. I pushed that mode again later after remembering it was the last button I pushed and they came back on. They do light up about 2 foot of the ground from the trailer on that side but you have to be about 20 feet away from it to see the lights on the other side underneath. It looks like just the underneath is glowing slightly though not super bright. No light is seen when walking close up on the non lit side. Don't be misled by the description. I think they are all the same number and size of light strips for any vehicle and just give an option for car, or RV. I wanted to let you RV'ers know the deal before you buy.

Not working properly. UPDATE!!!
Update on my review!! I reached out to the company and the customer service is out standing. They were very quick to respond to my issues and are sending me a replacement part to fix the section that was not working properly.Their service went from a 1 star issue to 5 stars on the customer service and quick response to resolve my issue!!!I just had these installed on my RV at a dealer and one of the sections is not working. What can you do to help replace it?

Here's how I installed on a Coleman Travel Trailer
The OPT7 "RV" Kit comes with 2x 4' and 2x 3' LED bars of very high quality. They are set in an aluminum channel and embedded in a clear sealant. I really feel these will last a while. It comes with everything up need to install other than a drill and some drill bits to pre-drill a few screw holes in the cross beams. The front 2 bars required holes to install the zip-tie mounting brackets. You could actually wrap ties around the whole cross beam without drilling, but I didn't feel that would be very secure. The beam is fairly thick steel, so it was a bit of effort to drill those holes (be sure to use the right size bit). The rear 2 LED bars went on crossbeams that had factory holes in a good mounting location, so those are simply ziptied in.There are 3 power wires going under the camper from the interior power "cabinet" (under bottom bunk). The hole comes out on top of a structural member, but only the fiberglass insulation is hiding it. You can get your fingers in there and fish out the power connector. Run that over to the LED connector box (I nestled it on the aft side the crossbeam, near the right wheel, for protection). I mounted the with some strong gorilla mounting tape, and finished by covering the box with gorilla tape for added environmental mitigation (supposed to keep the box dry). For power: My converter box has 2 spare accessory fuses/locations. I used #4 (yellow wire), since it was already labeled "exterior lights". Connect positive to the yellow wire, and negative to the grounding block (the wire is too fine a gauge to fit the block on its own, so piggyback on another wire). Put the supplied 10a fuse in, and hit the power button on the remote. Done.I will say that the remote responsiveness is a little low, but that could be due to mounting the box on the underside and sealing it up.
